Answer:	My Protec C232 Deluxe 24" bag has 5 padded dividers, as stated in the description you quoted. Not sure why the previous answers to others who've asked this question say otherwise. Their HR230 22" bag appears to have no dividers, if that's what you meant to ask about.
Question:	Are these hard plastic or are they soft/sponge like
Answer:	It has the hoops to attach a back pack strap but the strap must be optional because it wasn't included. It's a great bag but would definitely benefit from having the backpack straps.
Question:	Do these slide on hard floors
Answer:	Firstly, the liners would have to be cut out, but that’s really not that the issue. As the case is soft (not that rigid), I assume one could put a 7” deep item in the case, but the diameter would be way smaller than 21”. As examples, I tried to put a 7x14” snare drum in the case. It was not even close to fitting in. So, I tried a 5.5x14” snare. It sort of made it into the case, but the zipper could not be moved at all (to close the case around the snare. Maybe if you had a 7” deep stack of splash cymbals, you might be able to close the zipper around them (but, I’m not sure). The need for a cymbal case to store or transport 7” worth of cymbals likely limits you to a custom case. ...And then, there are weight considerations for which to account. 7” deep worth of cymbals would be heavy to lug around not only for the folks carrying them, but also for the bolt that allows one to nest the cymbals safely via the holes in the cymbals’ bells (yes, I am always advising to never to tour/gig your cymbals our at all in a case that does not (at least) allow the user to securely and safely nest cymbals around such a bolt unless maybe, one is using a large rollable ATA drum vault with at least one separate compartment for cymbals that keeps them verticals. So, I use 2 dedicated cymbal cases (skb, enduro, or ATA) with cymbal nesting bolts whenever I play out. I know it’s more expensive up front, but I’m not into replacing $300+ cymbals. So, I definitely save money in the long run by spending that extra money up front for solid/hard cymbal cases. Hope that was helpful...

Answer:	It's not a big gong like you'd hear in "The King and I." It's a Chinese tam tam, 12" in diameter. It's made by Zildgian so you know it's sounds good. The attached video gives you the closest sound of the PO565 except it's pitched about a fifth higher than the one in the video.
