Answer:	The drum set outputs audio into a standard mini headphone adapter, and the the KC200 has the exact same input as an option. My guess for the 550 is that as along as it has analog line in you're fine, but if it's RCA you may need an adapter (which are cheap).

Answer:	As far as we could tell, it is just for devices. We could not get the bluetooth headphones to work with it.

Answer:	Different kits come with different components, but none of them come with bass pedal or hi-hat stand, which my kit (TD-17 KVX; bass drum and workable hi-hat) requires. Also came with 3 sets of cheap drumsticks. I like the kit; the sounds are good, easy to tweak. The TD-17 controller has one aux trigger input left over after all included components are connected. I suppose you could add another drum or cymbal, but I have not looked into that.

Answer:	It would be great for an apartment. I've let my friends play my Roland set in my garage and as soon as I stepped inside and shut the door I couldn't hear anything at all. That would be very similar to a next door apartment I suppose

Import Samples

For some performances, you simply have to use a specific sound. The TD-17 module can import samples so you can trigger original single-shot drum samples, or introduce entire audio phrases, sequences or vocals. Imported samples can even be mixed and layered with internal TD-17 sounds, to create a powerful and full drum sound that matches the real thing.

Realistic Pads

Some electronic kits use much smaller pads than you’d typically find on an acoustic kit – but because the drumstick has to hit the center of each drum, these smaller pads can actually feel further away from you. This is especially true if you’ve moved from playing a 14-inch acoustic snare to an 8-inch rubber pad. The 12-inch dual-mesh PDX-12 snare is tension-adjustable for authentic and satisfying rebound, while the height of the snare hoop is much closer to that of an acoustic snare so you can hit an open rim shot with a natural stick angle. A nice solid kick drum usually comes with a nice loud noise. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want, but your family or neighbors may not feel the same way. Answer:	Hi Kyle, The reason for this is that bass drum pedals and/or hihat stands are considered personal items for most all drummers. There are many brands/styles to choose from, and every player seems to be partial to one style over the other, or they may already have these items if they have been playing drums for some time. Roland designed the V-Drums so they would be compatible with most all kick pedals (including double pedals) and hihat stands and don't want to force the customer to use custom, proprietary pedals/stands. Also, when purchasing an acoustic drum set, most all of them do not include hardware, or even cymbals. Answer:	It unfortunately isn't. I have a Roland TD-17KV Series V Drums. Turns out these drums utilize a 8mm bolt on their Cymbal Mounts. This wing nut that comes with this is much smaller and won't even start to thread.

Answer:	It works just fine on my td-3. I used it as a hit hat. Not sure about td-4.

Answer:	Not sure about the td 11kv . I have the td 25kv kit and you can change the cymbal sound on any cymbal.
Question:	The product is missing a cable needed to connect it. And they tryed to connect it with another cable, but it didn't work

Question:	Will this work with my pdx-100 pad or other alesis pads
Answer:	Yes it will work with td11k. You have RD &RDB jacks tied together. Look close (you may need a light) under your cy13r, there 2 inputs. One is for RD (edge&bow) the other input (RDB) is for the bell. The bell trigger is on the opposite side of the Roland logo. At least it is on mine. Go into your settings and make adjustments that sound good to you. I am very happy with my cy13r! Check out UTUBE.
