Answer:	I bought it to my 12 year old son and when I got it , we realized was too small for him. I would say this is for 5 to 10 year old max. Don’t expect to be a professional drum set , this is for kids practice only.

Answer:	I would imagine so. I recently ordered this, put it together and found out my snare came without the snare wires. I sent them an email (via amazon's contact the seller option) and they responded back in less than the expected timeframe. I just sent a couple pictures of the snare, explained the situation and they replied back stating that they would ship a proper snare back out to me.

Answer:	I think the kit would be out grown before replacements were necessary. I am now after nearly two years considering a new cymbal, for looks more than sound. This kit gets attention everyday and has held up to much toddler/preschooler abuse.
