11 best reverb pedal with powers
A reverb pedal with power, also known as a reverb effects pedal, is a musical instrument accessory used by guitarists and other musicians to add reverberation or "reverb" effects to their sound. Reverb is a natural acoustic phenomenon that occurs when sound waves reflect off surfaces, creating a sense of space and depth. Reverb pedals replicate this effect electronically and offer various controls to customize the reverb sound to the musician's liking. Here's what you should know about reverb pedals with power:
Basic Function: A reverb pedal takes the dry signal from your instrument (e.g., electric guitar) and adds a wet signal that simulates the sound reflecting off different surfaces, such as walls, floors, or ceilings. This creates a sense of space and can range from subtle room-like effects to lush, atmospheric reverbs.
Controls: Reverb pedals come with various control knobs and switches that allow musicians to adjust the reverb effect. Common controls include "decay" (which controls the length of the reverb tail), "mix" (for blending dry and wet signals), and "tone" (for adjusting the tonal character of the reverb).
Reverb Types: Reverb pedals often offer multiple reverb types, such as hall, plate, spring, room, and shimmer. Each type emulates a different acoustic environment and provides a distinct reverb texture.
Power Source: The "power" aspect of the pedal typically refers to the power supply requirements. Most reverb pedals can be powered using a standard 9-volt DC power supply or a 9-volt battery. Some pedals may have higher voltage requirements or specific power supply needs, so it's essential to check the manufacturer's specifications.
True Bypass: Many reverb pedals feature true-bypass switching, which ensures that the pedal doesn't color your dry signal when the effect is turned off, maintaining the instrument's original tone.
Expression Pedal Compatibility: Some reverb pedals offer compatibility with expression pedals, allowing musicians to control parameters like reverb level or decay in real-time for expressive playing.
MIDI Control: High-end reverb pedals may also support MIDI control, enabling integration with MIDI-compatible devices and expanded control options.
Stereo Outputs: Some reverb pedals have stereo outputs, which can create a more expansive and immersive reverb sound when used with stereo amplifiers or recording setups.
Usage: Reverb pedals are commonly used in various musical genres, from rock and blues to ambient and experimental music. They add depth and dimension to guitar solos, chords, and vocals, enhancing the overall sound of a performance or recording.
Popular Brands: There are several well-known manufacturers of reverb pedals, including Strymon, Boss, Electro-Harmonix, TC Electronic, and Eventide, among others, each offering a range of models with different features and sound options.
In summary, a reverb pedal with power is an essential tool for musicians looking to add depth and ambiance to their music. These pedals come with various controls and options, making it possible to create a wide range of reverb effects to suit different musical styles and preferences.

Option-Reverb Type Description
- HALL: The Hall reverb is a broad yet slight diffuse reverb. it simulates a large environment, so it has a long decay setting.
- ROOM: The Room reverb simulates a relatively small pure room.many reflections are absorbed by soft materials, and sound is reflected by the wall.
- PLATE:The digital Plate reverb was created by using large metallic plates. it is recognized by its very bright and diffuse sound.
- ECHO:The Echo reverb simulates the environment like the valley. you can imagine a sound reverberated in a valley.
- TILE: If you want to simulate a "bathroom" environment, you can use the Tile reverb.
- FLANGER:We added the modulation reverb like the Flanger reverb in a room. the flanger sounds like the phasing effect.
- DUCKING:For this Ducking reverb. We put a noise gate effect before the reverb. while playing, you can hear small reverb. but when you stop playing. you can hear a strong reverb.
- CHORUS:The Chorus reverb is also a modulation reverb. we put the Chorus effect before a Hall reverb.
- LOFI:Lo-fi from the term "low fidelity". Use Lofi and show your awareness of aiming in the straight opposite direction of the "smooth", discrete studio reverb types.

Question: | can you edit the setting on a PC, save the settings to the pedal and then disconnect the pedal from the PC while keeping the edited settings |
Answer: | Yes, the NUX MG-100 Processor is also equipped with wah pedal, auto wah, and touch wah effects. |
Question: | On the collider what parameters are controllable by expression pedal |
Answer: | I dont have radio noise with this device. However it depends on your setup. I have this pedal on my board and it is after my tuner, compressor and overdrive pedals. I also have 6 other pedals after this one. I am powering everything with a MXR M238 power brick. And I am plugging the power brick into a furman PT-6 power conditioner. I have little to no noise interference. My setup is pretty quiet. You might need to do some trial and error. I would start with the power conditioner to see if it removes the noise coming from the wall outlet. After that I would look at a noise gate pedal. This will cut the noise when you are not playing. THe donner Noise killer is a great cheap pedal or a ISP technologies Decimator is a industry standard but more expensive. There are other options also. And is that still does not do the trick look into an isolated power supply. This you might need to spend a few bucks on because most of the ones that are cheap are not a true isolated power supply. |
Question: | As an audiophile i wish to install this into my truck stereo system to entertain myself while to music or play instrument ..possible |
Answer: | It all depends on the polarity of your unit. + - |

User questions & answers
Question: | Does this come with the wall plug |
Answer: | II have not been able to do but its either one or the other. I use a bike pedal to turn off an on my mind playing the guitar. When I am doing a gig and I know the upcoming songs I will switch if I want to use it on my voice it's a quick plug switch back and forth.I believe it would take two of these units to do both at the same time but I could be wrong there might be something out there to be able to switch back and forth. Either way its real nice effects for both ways guitar and looping is awesome. |

Expression Jack Assign Switch and Decay
Expression Jack Assign Switch: Use this switch to map the expression jack to one of the assigned controls.
Decay: Controls the decay length of the reverb, short decay counterclockwise, long cavernous decay clockwise.
Ratio Selector Switch and Mix
Mix: This is the volume control for the reverb. Blends in the wet with dry until 1 O’clock, 1 O’clock to 3 O’clock boosts the wet signal over the dry and 3 O’clock up brings down dry until it is fully wet when all the way up.
Ratio Selector Switch: Selects delay subdivisions when time is set by the 'Tap' switch.

J. Rockett Audio Boing Spring Reverb
When we developed the Boing reverb, we had the live club in mind. The Boing is part of the new Tour Series line of pedals which are created around simplicity in design and ease of use.
With the Boing , the goal was to recreate a reverb of the past specifically designed to cut through the mix and give your tone some atmosphere. The Boing is a simple, one knob recreation of the classic Deluxe Reverb and, like many of the classic amps, it is just a single knob for either more or less reverb.
Just one knob. ..
The knob was made extra-large so it can be easily manipulated by one's foot. There is a ton of headroom and the reverb can be made to be extremely subtle for use in front of overdriven amps without getting nasty. When coupled with a delay, like J Rockett's Alien Echo, you can achieve some pretty spectacular, spacey, beautiful sounds.
