Answer:	It has two speaker outs. The primary tap is at 8 ohms. When you plug into it and the second tap, the transformer's 4 ohm tap is used. This means you can either (1) run the amp alone on the internal 8 ohm speaker, or (2) run it with the internal speaker and an external 8 ohm running at the same time (in parallel), or (3) unplug the internal speaker and use the primary output to drive an 8-ohm external speaker cabinet, or finally (4) use both taps to drive two 8-ohm external speaker cabinets. I've done them all with my 2 14 year old Hot Rod Deluxes.

Answer:	Generally, you would want to put "pre-gain" effects in front of the loop (if you get your gain from the amp) - volume, wah, compression, etc. Effects that work well "post-gain" and are ideal for the loop are modulation effects (chorus, phaser, flanger, vibrato, etc.), delay, and reverb. This is a difficult split with a multi-effects unit unless you use it primarily for the effects that work well at one end or other of gain. That said, if you are getting your gain from your multi-effects and running the amp clean, you should put the multi-effects unit in the front of the amp and don't use loop at all.
Question:	Is it loud enough with a 2x12 cab for gigging
Answer:	Impedance above 8Ohm, the amplifier is loud enough, be careful.

Your rehearsal and recording sessions will really come alive with the unlimited tones that can be created with the Super Champ X2. Made in Ensenada, Mexico, the Super Champ X2 features a single 10” Fender Special Design speaker, voicing knob for selection of 16 different amp types (tweed, Blackface, British, Hot Rod, metal and more), 15 effects with level control, dual-channel switching (footswitch optional), tap tempo control for precise delay time adjustment, 1/4” line output, external speaker capability and USB output for speaker-emulated digital recording. Fender FUSE™ software (available as a free download) allows even more tonal versatility, with customization of amp voicing and effects defaults, effects parameters deep editing, and online access to free Fender community content.

Answer:	No it does not. Its a clean, simple tube amp with good tone.

Answer:	Your better off with a fender rumble 40w or 100w these are more for electric guitars...the fender rumble is around same price But made for bass guitars I own both 40 and 100 w Great amp with ear phone and mp3 jack, you jam with the pros...

Question:	Any suggestions on tubes that will break up a little earlier? I use Teles and I want a more driven sound without effects
Answer:	You could try a hotter EL84 power tube from JJs and a Tung Sol 12AX7 preamp tube. I've tried this combo with great results. Incredible tone and the variety of sounds from this one little amp in just amazing! It is easy enough to swap tubes out so if you don't like that combo you can just play around with setups and see what suits ya best!
