| Answer: | I'm not sure what you are using a computer, phone or tablet but make sure your settings match what you are playing your music off of. The Mic controls need to match what you are using as a device speakers or adjust your microphone dials after you adjust your device. When you start up the speaker all this needs to be done or you will have to power off speaker for about 15- 20 seconds to reset. I use 2 speakers with a splitter and sing karaoke and I actually bought wireless mics and use my wireless mics and its amazing sound. I hope this kind of helps. Check the device and readjust. Now it is a pain in the butt bc once you 🙃 start playing and you need to change something it will stop the mic. It took me several times of learning. |
