Answer:	I doubt it, but if there is a double DIN installation kit available for that generation of Accord, it will. I don't think there's room for a stereo this size in that car. Aftermarket stereos for that car replace the cubby at the bottom of the center stack, beneath the factory stereo, which stays in place. Kinda silly, but that's how it's done in '03-'07 Accords.
