A hearth-baked short baguette made with La Brea Bakery starter. The flavor profile is that of a French bread made with a small quantity of levain, which creates the mild taste of long natural fermentation. The bread is a rounded cylinder (flat on the side where it is baked on the hearth), golden brown with the three distinct cuts on the top. The bottom of the roll is lightly dusted with cornmeal. The interior of the roll is soft and shows the random open cell structure typical of well-fermented bread dough. The aroma of the bread is a combination of baked notes and yeast fermentation.

Question:	What are the ingredients on this baguette
Answer:	No, it does not come in a sealed wrapper within the outer wrapper, so I guess you could say that it is not tamper proof. I guess there are many other breads that are not "tamper proof" either. I really like it and of all the things I have to worry about I am not worrying about it being tamper proof.
Question:	Can I eat it without baking it
Answer:	It depends on the type. I had to Google the bread and then search images. The thin sliced seems to be the lowest in carbs. 13 carbs a slice. But it also has 3 grams of dinner making it 10 net carbs. There are quite a few types so it depends on what kind you want.

Answer:	Yes. Not the honey oats one because it’s contains honey =)
Question:	Is this bread frozen
Answer:	The manufacturer states on the website and packaging that the bread `Contains no animal products`. If you look at the ingredient list, it's basically grains, seeds, water, sugar, salt, molasses, yeast and vinegar.

Question:	Why do the directions say to put these pans in the oven at 350 before using them
Answer:	Before first use, wash new silicone pans in warm soapy water or pop in the dishwasher. After drying, condition them with a smear of cooking oil or non-stick baking spray and wipe off the excess. Only tips i found before first use

Answer:	It is non stick. I did use a cooking spray which worked great but it probably would work great without as well. I am happy with product.

Answer:	I don't think anyone can give a true "life expectancy" on these as each person would use them differently. I have had mine for a few years and make bread about once a week. They clean very well and have held up great.

The pullman bread loaf, sometimes called the "sandwich loaf" or "pan bread", is a type of bread made with white flour and baked in a long, narrow, lidded pan. The French term for this style of loaf is pain de mie, or, less commonly, pain anglais.

BAKING STEPS

1.When you've fermented the dough until the toast mold is about 4/5 full, you can close the lid and transfer the toast bakeware into the preheated oven.

2.The temperature of 320 ° F of the upper part in oven. The temperature of 329 ° F of the lower part in oven. Bake in the middle and lower layers for 30 minutes. Cover with Aluminium foil when last 10 minutes.

3.After coming out of the oven, shake the toast baking pan gently and Turn it upside down. Put the toast side with the on the bread grill to cool.

4.After the toast cool completely ,slicing with bread knife or tearing it open with your hands.

HOW TO MAINTAIN

Brush butter or oil on the surface of the pullman pan, then put into oven in 300 degree Fahrenheit for 5 minutes. Then wipe with tissue paper,Then you can bake normally.

Beware of the hot lid when you are cooling the bread.

Washing Note:

Don't use the abrasive Brush to clean the bread baking pan.

Do not put the pullman mold pan in the dishwasher.

Don't soak the loaf pan in the water when cleaning.

Answer:	no, replacements do not come with a push plate, those do not wear out

Answer:	you would have to run the onion through at least twice. 1st pass would create "french fry" onion sticks. You would have to put the sticks in sideways to the blade so it could more or less cube them on the 2nd pass. If you are looking for small onion pieces this is limited to the smallest blade - 1/4" I believe it is
