Answer: The box was pretty big, and heavy to boot. I’d estimate 5 feet x 5 feet by 3 feet? I think the weight was 150+ pounds.
Question: Can the language on the dvds be changed to Spanish
Answer: They probably sent me defective parts but after about 10 uses it will make a loud ticking noise after every cycle of the elliptical. Not quiet at all.
Question: Do the reistance bands contain latex
Answer: At its highest point, the pedals are 17" off the ground. Add that to your height, and a few inches for safety, and thats the ceiling height you will need.

Question: has anybody lost any weight with this program
Answer: I find this program fun but I have done all P90X programs, T25 and to be honest while this is fun I found I loss muscle tone. I am not sure why maybe it's the diet and compared to the other programs for me this may have not worked with my body. I did enjoy it but I need to tone back up. I think it's great workout for a change but for some reason I lost muscle tone in my body.

Answer: are you currently doing a program? how active are you? Piyo isn't like any other program. If your used to crazy cardio, running. this isn't that. if your used to yoga, this isn't that. If your used to lifting weights at the gym....this isn't that. Even bodyweight exercises like insanity don't provide what Piyo does. Thats whats so great about piyo. I have been taking piyo live classes for about a year. I became a certified instructor a few months ago because I love this format. Its great for beginners because its low impact and really takes you through the moves and modifications and has great progression. If you are more active, this may seem slow the first few weeks. (20 minute workouts) the reason for this, is because most people don't have the wrist and joint strength to be in these positions for longer... You still get a great workout, work on flexibility, range of motion, strengthens you from the inside out so you REALLY have to give it the full 60 days before you can see any outside transformation. This is a TOTAL BODY wellness program. Answer: There is no indication on the case that the DVD contains captions and subtitles. When I selected subtitles on my DVD player, none appeared; however, I have an older DVD player. There is not an option for settings on the DVD. You can only choose one of the routines to play.
Question: Where can I find a step board just in like the one in this video, same height and length
Answer: You can do a search on Amazon for "exercise step."
Question: Will any step platform work in terms of length and adjustability? I see a few on the market that can incline and are different in length
Answer: She only uses the lowest level. I got a step that is about 27 inches long. It works but I wish it was longer.

Answer: All these exercises are seated on this DVD. I would recommend you try Strength, Core, Coordination Or Best of Season 1 by Curtis Adams If you would like to stand.
Question: Would the exercises be suitable for an above the knee amputee
Answer: There are exercises involving the legs, like marching, raising up the knees, slow then faster jump rope, lifting arms and legs at the same time, etc. Also, a couple of the exercises involve lifting a few inches off the chair. There are definitely some exercises in this video that an amputee could do easily which mostly involve the upper body.
Question: Can you listen the instructions in Spanish also
Answer: This DVD is English only. Sorry Spanish is not available.

Question: Do you need any equipment
Answer: I do Zumba and that is hard on my knees with the mats they use but this workout hasn't given me any problems at all. Sore muscles but I like that!
Question: Is there a warm-up and cool down included? How long are they
Answer: It's been a while since I've done them ... but my recollection is that you do it up to 3 times per week. You will be pleasantly surprised, as this is a great workout! Even if you're a beginner, you can do it. One suggestion ... the lady can be kind of annoying, so I turn down the volume and do the workout with my own music :)
Question: Is it one dvd of exercises or more than one dvd
Answer: Sort of. The last 6min of the Ramp it up and Burn it up DVDs is Stretching with Yoga influenced moves. Think Down Dog and Exhaulted Warrior.... There is also a separate short Stretch program with Yoga type stretching... But it isn't very long. Hope that helps.
Question: Are you on the floor alot
Answer: The workouts are extremely low impact, but I would recommend this: as the workouts are about thirty minutes each, if you can walk at a casual pace for ninety minutes - half the workout for three times the length - you should be able to do these workouts. Also, on the first disc (Start It Up!) there are two bonus workouts: Thin Thighs Guaranteed, and Cardio Core Express. You may want to begin with the Cardio Core Express workout first, as it will help build your stamina.

Answer: Mine DVD sounds good. It may have been a bad DVD
Question: I have a small space to workout in, and a low ceiling fan. Will this routine be ok with those space restrictions
Answer: He's teaching one move with short music and then goes on to teach another move. At the end of the DVD, there is a complete song utilizing all of the steps that were learned.
Question: How long are the workouts
Answer: I received one (1) DVD that reads on back cover - "Two Easy-To-Follow Dance-Fitness Workouts". Maybe someone misunderstood to mean two DVDs. Workouts are both on one DVD.
