Answer:	That is so weird. My battery lasts weeks, like I’ve only charged it twice since I got it (back in August). Maybe request a new charger, or make sure that yours is latching on correctly with the magnet. I have to have mine testing perfectly so it doesn’t unlatch. Good luck!

Question:	Can this monitor be used for outdoor air quality monitor
Answer:	The monitor can check for outdoor particulate matter (PM2.5) levels; TVOC and HCHO levels are generally negligible outdoors as they are from synthetic sources.
Question:	In testing for formaldehyde & you have a certain product do you place a plastic bag around the product and insert the tester inside
Answer:	That is a very good question: 1. What I would do is place the tester in the bag without any product to get a baseline and then place the item to be tested in the bag for about 1 day to achieve equilibrium. 2. Then you can put the tester in the bag for at least 30 minutes or until readings stabilize. 3. Subtract the tested item reading from the baseline reading to get the formaldehyde emission amount from the tested item. Hope this answers your questions, take care!
Question:	Does this detector work for checking for mold
Answer:	It can check for TVOCs (organic compounds dissolved in air) and PM2.5 (micron dust levels) which can indicate presence of mold but it does not specifically check for concentration of mold spores. Thanks for asking.

Question:	Does it tell you if the dust count is high ? How do know why air quality is bad
Answer:	Yes, the BREATHE|Smart 2 monitor measures dust levels using an accurate laser-based particle sensor which uses the light scattering method to detect and count particles. The readings are instant so you can easily see when levels of dust are increasing or falling. The levels can be displayed as an index or the actual concentration of particles in the air, and there is an indicator on the display to show you if the levels are good or bad. Additionally, the side glow the corresponding colour (eg green for good, red for bad) so you see at a glance the current conditions.
Question:	Does it meansure hcho and/or tvoc
Answer:	BREATHE|Smart 2 measures PM2.5 particulate air pollution, it does not measure HCHO or TVOC
Question:	Does it measure tree pollen
Answer:	Pollen spores are basically a type of particulate matter but they tend not to fall into the category of PM10 or PM2.5, as they are usually larger. This monitor is therefore not recommended for measuring tree pollen.
Question:	does it measure carbon monoxide
Answer:	This monitor does not measure carbon monoxide. It measures particulate pollution, specifically PM2.5 (particles less than 2.5 micrometres in diameter). These particulates are the deadliest form of air pollution due to their ability to penetrate deep into the lungs and blood stream. Sources include vehicle emissions, factories, construction sites, burning of fossil fuels. grilling food on charcoal or gas grills, burning leaves, smoking cigarettes, and burning wood in fireplaces or stoves.
