Question:	Is the handlebar aligned with the front wheels? I received the scooter today and the handlebar is at angle with the from wheels
Answer:	Just above the yoke of the bike where the bar goes down onto the wheels the lever you lift up to let your handlebar back to move it around just on the opposite side of that lever there is a Phillips head (use screwdriver) on that clamp, loosen it that will let turn your wills or handlebars so you can aligned. I hope that works.

Answer:	It has a hard wheel. We also have hardwood floors and no damage at all. Not the first mark anywhere in any of the three rooms and hall that are hardwood. I also used it outside on concrete and that didn't wear down or roughen up the tires either.Our hardwoods are finished with a European hardening oil finish (Rubio Monocoat)

Answer:	I'm 5'6" and used the scooter for a month and a half, but the height of the handle bar is easily adjustable, to the point that my cousin's 5 year old managed to start cruising around on it in my living room, so I think its a valid option for folks of varying heights.

Answer:	No the seat does not move forward but it is only about 6 inches from the handle. The height of the handle makes the arm length adjustment for comfort & safety . Two of our family members used it. One is female 5ft 2inches & the other is male that is about 6ft tall. Worked great for both of them.

Answer:	I brought it up to my campground and it worked well. sometimes a bit more difficult on soft dirt or soft ground with grass but overall, i was pleased with it. if you can't use one foot. it is a godsend!
Question:	How do you fold down the handlebars
Answer:	There's a lever on the post (under the basket) that you lift and turn. The top bar then folds over to the side and back. It's pretty easy to load in the back of a mini-van or SUV. We have a 2008 Saturn Vue and it fits in the back or in the back area with one seat folded down.
Question:	Anyone know what size Ball Bearing is on the front tires. Mine have blown out do not want to replace the whole tire when just the ball bearing will do

Answer:	I ordered on 7/24/17 and the package I received did not include the front axles with the hard wheels, only the all-terrain wheels. I have contacted the seller to determine whether this was a mistake, since it appears to be different from the experience of other customers on this page. Update: The manufacturer responded that this product no longer comes with an additional front axle with the hard wheels. Only the all-terrain wheels are included. IMO, this is a major disappointment, especially when it is obvious that other customers received both sets of wheels at the same price.

Question:	Just received mine today and there is a terrible squeak, like metal on metal. Can't really sure where the source is, best guess the back wheel break
Answer:	The only time I experienced any squeak was if the break was engaged. Otherwise there were no problems, just make sure the handle is tightly secured.
Question:	Can the basket be detached for times I do not need to use it
Answer:	The basket is removable. It has two vertical slots in the back of it that slide onto two upright "hooks" mounted on the steering column. The basket is quite sturdy and has enough room to place a macbook vertically. I added a rubber band connected to a piece of string across one corner of the basked which has proven very useful in holding a water bottle. We have a Honda Accord and the scooter with basket attached fits nicely in the trunk.
Question:	I'd rather have pneumatic tires but want the stability of 4 wheels. Has anybody switched out the tires themselves
Answer:	I've kept the original tires and it could use something to stabilize it. I have fallen when a tire got caught in a crack in the street. Overall it does the job. But I don't trust it.

Answer:	According to the horizontal level is 0°as the benchmark, the back pad can be adjusted by six conventional gears, namely 75°, 65°, 50°, 35°, 20° and 0°, and a special adjustment gear is to fold the backrest support rod close to the back of the back, and then put the back pad at the bottom. There are three ways to adjust the cushion: 0°, 8°and 15° . The distance between the back pad and the cushion in the flat position is 2.75 inches.
