Answer:	This is a big cover. It fit our 4 wheeled drive scout with room to spare. Just be sure you cinch the straps tight around the scooter. We have used it with a ramp and in the back of the truck. Round trips from Texas to Washington D. C. and then from Texas to the Grand Canyon with no issues.

Very hard to get the velcro undone once inside the battery pack, but keep trying. \ I used to buy mine at radio shack, but they no longer exist. I order on line. You get two batties. The only problem is that they were old, who could tell and only lasted 4 months.

Take the battery case out, turn upside down, there are 8 screws to come out. 2. Unplug the battery cables, 2 on each battery, the hardest thing was getting the battery out of the case, they were Velcroed in. We did not Velcro them back. 3. plug the cables into the 4 clips put the 8 screws in and you are all set. Took less then 20 mins. It is now being charged. Hope this helps. BF

Question:	Is the handlebar aligned with the front wheels? I received the scooter today and the handlebar is at angle with the from wheels
Answer:	Just above the yoke of the bike where the bar goes down onto the wheels the lever you lift up to let your handlebar back to move it around just on the opposite side of that lever there is a Phillips head (use screwdriver) on that clamp, loosen it that will let turn your wills or handlebars so you can aligned. I hope that works.

Answer:	It has a hard wheel. We also have hardwood floors and no damage at all. Not the first mark anywhere in any of the three rooms and hall that are hardwood. I also used it outside on concrete and that didn't wear down or roughen up the tires either.Our hardwoods are finished with a European hardening oil finish (Rubio Monocoat)

Answer:	I'm 5'6" and used the scooter for a month and a half, but the height of the handle bar is easily adjustable, to the point that my cousin's 5 year old managed to start cruising around on it in my living room, so I think its a valid option for folks of varying heights.

Answer:	No the seat does not move forward but it is only about 6 inches from the handle. The height of the handle makes the arm length adjustment for comfort & safety . Two of our family members used it. One is female 5ft 2inches & the other is male that is about 6ft tall. Worked great for both of them.

Answer:	If your arm rests are screwed on then it well work, i have a GO-GO Elite traveller Plus and I have the cup holder on it

Answer:	Yes on taking on the plane, I would say no to carry on. At the folded down position it is still to large to fit under a seat or to try and place in the over seat luggage compartment. We drive them down the ramp to the plane door, fold them up and let them put them down in the luggage area.

Answer:	Yes it can. I bought this for my dad and he has no use of his left arm and uses it fine. The handle easily controls the entire steering column. The only thing you may want to know about this is if I were to purchase again, I would get the one with bigger wheels. as you see the wheels are right in line with the body so any kind of bump or pothole or lifted surface gets stuck easily.
