Answer:	I’m not sure about grass unless the dirt is compacted, not loose, and no holes to fall into and tip the scooter. The grass is short not long. . Answer:	Yes. You can take your Mobility Scooter on a plane. However, it is not treated the same as checked luggage. After you check your luggage, you hop on your scooter and drive it, through the special security lane for handicapped, then the seven miles :-) through the airport to get to your terminal and up to the restaurant and magazine store. Then you drive to the departure gate, usually are put in the front of the boarding line since you are “handicapped”, and drive down the ramp to the plane. There one of the young, strong cargo crew takes it down the stairs. When you arrive at your destination, it is there on the departure ramp waiting for you. Much better than checking it as luggage. Answer:	The turning radius for the Echo is 32 degrees as it is for the Hero. I know you did not ask about the Hero but they are very similar new scooters and it is difficult to tell them apart for some customers. The main disadvantage of both is they have a low ground clearance of 1.5 inches. On the plus side, the Hero has a swivel seat, a curved tiller bar that makes it easier to reach the handle bars, a key for ignition, and it comes in Yellow in addition to Red & Blue. Question:	how long does the batteries last
Answer:	this depends on the condition of the batteries and age. when new you should get 5-6 miles so depending on your speed, work out the 'how long' statistic.
Question:	Does this come with battery and charging unit
Answer:	Yes it does. The batteries (there are two in the battery pack) need to be charged for 8 to 12 hours before the scooter's first use, and then recharged again for 8 to 12 hours when the battery gauge shows half capacity. Both batteries are charged at the same time by plugging the charger into the single connector at the front of the battery pack. The 3-wheel Scout is much more maneuverable than the 4-wheel model, and has more room for your feet than the 4-wheeler. Both models are much more at home on indoor floors than they are outside, since the tires are solid and not very forgiving when driven on rougher surfaces.

Answer:	I only remove the seat and lay down the handlebar when transporting. That may not answer your question, but I'll also add that it was very simple to assemble. Disassembly shouldn't be difficult.

Answer:	Not sure I understand the question. As long as the scooter has a one inch tube on the rear under the seat ,the basket should fit. The basket has good features and is well built. I like it.

Answer:	Mine can't swivel. But it doesn't need to. If I lift the arms, I can simply swivel in my seat and get on or off from either side.

Answer:	I have the Go Go Elite and got the large basket attachmment at the same time. I have had no trouble with the fit. It is much larger than the front basket, but presents somewhat of a security problem for a purse that is out of sight.

Question:	Does it work in the yard or on gravel
Answer:	I have the smaller weaker shoprider echo.Will go stright in flat gravel.But at 225 lbs must be hand control on High by end of my ramp.If you slow down you better have a good leg to push with.I will never walk again but can move 1 leg a little.If I turn fast are quick in gravel these little scooters will flip.So if gravel drive stright line path and throttle down.Gravel slows you down some anyway.To get in car have to back a little into door frame.Chose to park car were gravel packed down well

Answer:	Mine doesn't have a reverse beep, but others are saying yes. I wonder if there are minor variations in the unit listed.

Answer:	A 2”ramp I think would be doable. A 3” doorstep...I’m not sure. My mother won’t use this...yet. Stubborn!!!
