Question:	I am trying to fit the rear legs of the walker with plastic gliders. How do I remove the plastic fitting at the bottom of the rear legs
Answer:	I have two of these walkers, one for car and one for in-home, using different accessories. The first was purchased years before the first and looks identical to the second at this time except for my rear fittings. At each purchase, I turned the wheels to be inside facing each other to reduce scratching with no loss in stability - easy to do. I am very tall and heavy but fall easily. I can attest to the stability retention. I recall that changing my first walker to plastic, snowshoe-like back gliders was easy by unscrewing a set screw to loosen the internal grippers. Presuming there is no obvious set screw as was the case in my second walker, I changed the rear to tennis balls by hack sawing off the PLASTIC ONLY end and pushing the insert up the tube out of the way. There is enough room for that. Don't cut any of the aluminum to keep balance for safe use! I found all of these operations easy to do from a wheel chair because these gliders are so light, yet very strong. You do need good hand and some arm strength, however. I hope your replacements have an accessible set screw protected enough to avoid wear damage. Plastic gliders need inspection and timely change to avoid damage to floors or tripping up outside. If they go too long without replacement, the set screw can be damaged, fouling replacement - as will your floors. Max self sufficiency is always the goal for old fuds.

By the way, it is very easy to change the set up to have the wheels on the outside (for extra stability) or on the inside (for narrow doorways). The legs inserts at the bottom just revolve. Front to back at the bottom is 16 ( not including where wheels stick a little forward of the legs) and at the top by the handle, from front to back is 10 1/2.

Answer:	Hi Margaret, there is no brake but one is not needed because two of the feet are flat and the walker does not move forward unless you push it. My mother is 80 years old and she uses it to help her get up from her chair. However, I would not recommend using the walker alone to rise. If one is unsteady, the person could fall. As a walking device it is very good for indoors and it folds nicely.

Question:	Does it matter if the front wheels are a different size than the rear wheels
Answer:	The width of the walker doesn't matter. The wheels are supposed to slide onto the existing frame. Unfortunately, the were of no use to me because the frame that I have on the Vive model and a 45 degree angle and these wheels couldn't be attached. I had to contact the manufacturer directly to buy the correct wheels. Although I only needed one, I had to buy the pair.

Answer:	I honextly do not know. I only know that in order to use these wheels it was necessary to break off pieces for the bolt to get through it. Answer:	I don't know but would like to know wheels are very cheap plastic causing problem when using outside

Answer:	The wheels do not lock. I think you could use it without wheels. It came with an extra set of the leg extensions. My husband’s therapist said to put the wheels on the inside so they don’t get hung on a door frame and it works fine that way. BTW, we got the model with the seat, which really helps keep the walker stable. I don’t remove the seat for transport; it fits fine in my hatchback car.

Answer:	Yes, make it as a standard seat or folding walker as your wish.

Answer:	Yes, when folding this folding walker, you have to remove the seat first. The seat is connected onto the walker by a connection pole with snaps on its end.

Answer:	It has to be hard wired and attached to a wall. It doesn't have any of the safety shutoffs necessary for stand alone, plug in use.

Answer:	Heater can be controlled by a separate wireless wall thermostat. I don’t know about temp settings remaining or not. One wireless thermostat can control more than one heater. Dimplex provides a pretty good explanation of how to solve specific heating problems. My recently purchased and installed heater/ wall thermostat combo in a bathroom works perfectly . Wall thermostat digital screen doesn’t light up however. Difficult to see settings.
Question:	How many amps does it draw
Answer:	It depends on the Voltage applied. This particular heater is 1250 Watts and if it is a 120 Volt model it will draw 10.4 Amps. If it is a 230 Volt model it will pull 5.4 amps.
Question:	Is this 120v or 240v? this is a rather important factor and i don't see it addressed anywhere
Answer:	This model is 240v. The 120v ends in W11
Question:	How much space does this unit need from floors/furniture? Does it get hot to the touch
Answer:	It can be mounted on the floor as the heat comes out of top. I wouldn’t put furniture closer then 10 inches
