Answer:	Although I really like the Nova, I have not yet had a chance to fly with it. I believe it would be difficult to use on most airplanes as the aisles are so narrow.

Answer:	I have had mine since 2014 and it is absolutely all-terrain including wet sand, rocked, gravel, grass dirt etc - I love it! Just bought a second for a family member.

Answer:	Hi Barb. I really can't say if the walker is suitable for someone barely 5 ft. tall but I can tell you that it is 33 inches high from the floor to the top of the handles. That is as low as it will go. Hope this helps My husband is 5/4" tall and it is fine for him.

Answer:	Yes, the sides collapse to the middle just as on the higher priced walkers. I have an expensive priced walker given to me through Medicare and this one is just as sturdy. Would definitely recommend it.
Question:	what are the pros and cons of a steel or aluminum rollator
Answer:	Handle to Handle is 19 3/4", not including the width of the wheels (5" wheels). I purchased the 3" wheels to go through narrow bathroom doorway. If you put on 3" wheels the walker would be 21 1/4" measurement on the bottom (walker is wider on bottom). If you keep the 5" wheels and flip them to the inside the walker would be approximately 21 1/4" on the bottom side.
Question:	What is the width of the wheel base at it's widest? Needs to fit through 25" bathroom door
Answer:	YES, it's definitely possible to add back wheels. I've had multiple sclerosis for 21 years and have ALWAYS used 4-wheeled walkers. Just buy an additional set of 5" wheels and snap them in just as you do with the front wheels.

Answer:	We reversed wheels so the wheel is on inside was doing too much damage to base board when on outside.

Question:	How do you remove the glides to put on skis
Answer:	Just pull them off. And put skis on. Get heavy duty skis. Work great. I bought them in gray.
Question:	do the wheels come with this walker
Answer:	The one pictured does have wheels, but the Carex model I ordered had no wheels. It was for the shower, not getting around in the house.
Question:	My dads walker at the hospital is 38” from the ground to the handles. Is 30” to 37” from the ground to handles or the front bar
Answer:	Hello 30" to 37" is from the ground to the handles when you adjust the height of the walker. Using the guide holes on the 4 legs raise the height to the desired position. Hope this helped.
Question:	Any recommendations for a tray that will fit this Walker? The slip over kind
Answer:	I wouldn't consider a tray for this walker. It is not really designed for one. Better to but a rollator walker that is designed for a shelf. Also medicare part B will pay for a portion of the walker.

Answer:	Hi MM. The distance from the bottom to middle shelf is 13 inches. The distance from the middle to top shelf is 9.875 inches. Most wine bottles will fit on the bottom shelf--so long as the bottle is 13 inches or shorter! Hope that helps.

Question:	I find the Winnie walker tips easily. it just doesn't seem sturdy. Has anyone had this problem
Answer:	It’s not as sturdy as a 4-wheel walker with a seat, but it’s great for areas where a regular walker would be too bulky. I love it around the house ... sometimes I don’t open it all the way if I’m negotiation a small space (narrow doorway, moving around the dog, etc.) And it turns much more quickly than a 4-wheel. It’s nimble. But if you need serious balance support, a 4-wheel walker with a seat and good hand breaks would probably serve you better.
