Question:	Is this suitable for a person 4' 11" tall
Answer:	A person 5"10" uses this walker with the height at the top of the handles at 37". I measured the lowest setting for this model and one would have to grasp the handles with the palm of one's hand at 31". The best advice I can give you is to measure from the floor to the person's palms. If the distance is 31" or more is should work. If you order it and it doesn't work Amazon will take it back. We had a problem with the wheels and they exchanged it with no hassle. Hope this is helpful.

Answer:	It's never been an issue in normal use. You can put your full weight (say, 175 lbs) directly on one side without any tilting. Obviously, if you push heavily to one side, tilting could result. It really is a quite stable and highly maneuverable light weight walker.

Answer:	My bathroom door is about the same width, and my walker fits (just barely). I love the Jr rollator. It's smaller and lighter than any other I have had.

Answer:	To answer your question, there is about 3/4” on each side on the Junior model, and the distance between the hand grips is 15 inches. I received one today and measured it. The specs say 18”, so I will have to exchange mine for the regular model. 15 inches is pretty narrow.

Answer:	NO - you do not need a case for walkers. The passenger uses them to the entrance of the airplane and then the walkers get picked up with the strollers and put in cargo. Walker is then brought up to the plane after landing.

Answer:	Aloha! Had the same problem. You will need to use the locking brakes on both wheels first, then close the walker. Any slight movement by the back wheels will be cause for the rollator to open.

Answer:	Yes, the sides collapse to the middle just as on the higher priced walkers. I have an expensive priced walker given to me through Medicare and this one is just as sturdy. Would definitely recommend it.
Question:	what are the pros and cons of a steel or aluminum rollator
Answer:	Handle to Handle is 19 3/4", not including the width of the wheels (5" wheels). I purchased the 3" wheels to go through narrow bathroom doorway. If you put on 3" wheels the walker would be 21 1/4" measurement on the bottom (walker is wider on bottom). If you keep the 5" wheels and flip them to the inside the walker would be approximately 21 1/4" on the bottom side.
Question:	What is the width of the wheel base at it's widest? Needs to fit through 25" bathroom door
Answer:	YES, it's definitely possible to add back wheels. I've had multiple sclerosis for 21 years and have ALWAYS used 4-wheeled walkers. Just buy an additional set of 5" wheels and snap them in just as you do with the front wheels.

Answer:	The inside distance from hole to hole (where the slots start) is 16.25". The outside distance from hole to hole is about 20". The approximate from the center of the bars of my walker is about 18-18.25". The slots of the tray are 2" wide, so it would fit a standard walker. I hope this helps.

Answer:	No. You can use the scale just like a regular digital scale. When you open the app on the Measurements screen, your weight and BMI will be synced to your phone automatically so you can track your weight history.

It should have less than 0.2 lb error margin if your weight is under 110lb, and less than 0.4 lb error margin if your weight is in the range of 110 – 220 lb. Please do not use the scale on carpets. 2) Your scale did not zero out when you took the measurement. Please do a power on reset. Answer:	The listing says 31-35 inches. I assembled (10-12 minutes?) this for my wife's mother, but didn't measure it. I'd guess 31-35 inches is the height range of the handles. It fits my wife's mother nicely, though I'm 6'3" and it might be barely short for me. Seems it would be plenty sturdy for my 225 lbs, though.

Answer:	I have two rollators. The Healthcare Direct 100RA has 6 inch wheels and does not do as well on "Loose" surfaces as the Drive Medical 10215RD-1 model which has 8 inch wheels. However the Healthcare Direct 100RA works OK in a pinch on packed gravel, very short grass, or hard dirt, and very well on floors and all paved surfaces

Answer:	The height is adjustable, I am 5'4" and it was almost too short for me at it's highest setting.

Answer:	Unfortunately, if you roll around in any rollator when sitting you will break the wheels and bearings. They are not designed for a person's full body weight.

Question:	What is the total width ? We have a 20" door to get through
Answer:	My medline Freedom ultralight is 21 1/2 inches wide, with wires sticking out further that have to be squished in . It definitely wouldn't work with a 20" door. It could work with 22 or 23 inch door, if you push the wires in as you go through.
Question:	Can a cup holder be attached
Answer:	You might be able to attach one if it would go on a bicycle handlebar but it might interfere with folding it up. Beware the wheel fell off after 6 months on ours.
Question:	what size are the wheels
Answer:	6 in wheels. I did have one brake that went out on me. Would cost $70 to repair just the one. My children bought this for me. I found out that medicare will pay for one every 6 years. I got a doctors prescription and was able to get a DRIVE rollator. I like the bag under the seat better . This one had heavy duty snaps while the Meline had grippers that kept come undone. Finally had to put safety pins on to hold them. Check with your dr if you qualify. I am 83 woman and didn't know about it. If you want a light weight one keep the wheels under 8 inches. I am in a retirement home so no need of a heavy duty one.
Question:	Does this work well on the concrete outside
Answer:	I don't do a lot of walking on concrete due to pain in my feet, but for short distances, this rollator works moderately well and doesn't get hung-up on sidewalk cracks. I bought this rollator because I needed something really light to put into, and take out, of my van - for Dr appts, shopping, visiting, etc. and for this, this rollator is great! However, I have a second rollator with 8" wheels, that has a much smoother ride to it, on any and every surface. If going for walks on concrete sidewalks, i'd suggest a rollator with 8" wheels.

Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately the folded dimensions are not listed in the product manual.
Question:	What is the difference in the deluxe nitro walker and the regular one
Answer:	The "regular" is listed by the manufacturer as weighing 17.5 lbs, while the DLX is listed at 22 lbs. The mfg lists the regular as being made of aluminum, but is silent on the composition of the DLX. (something heavier than aluminum?) The seats are different.
Question:	Can you get a case/bag to put walker in when you fly so you can check it
Answer:	When I have flown I check my Rollator at the counter and they shrink wrap it and I pick it up at the oversized bag claim. I have flown 3 times with it and have had no problem.

Drive Medical highly advises against using this rollator while sitting to move yourself. It can be very unsafe as too much weight towards the front or the back could cause the rollator to slip and the placement of the brakes makes it difficult to stop the rollator from the seated position. If you are looking to sit down and use your feet to propel you it is recommended that you look at a wheel chair. Question:	how much does it weigh
Answer:	My Drive Rollator weighs 13 lbs. Much lighter then many of the others. I found it relatively easy to get it in and out of the trunk of my Toyota Camry.
Question:	How wide is this walker? Will it fit through narrow bathroom doors
Answer:	My toilet door frame is 23 inches wide. The door doesn't open all the way so the actual clearance is 22". This rollator is about 24" at its widest point (the wheels in back). I moved the rear wheels to the inside of the frame on the opposite side. This makes the rear part to the rollator MUCH narrower and it fit though. I did need to adjust the cable length by messing with the screws at BOTH ends of the cable, and to temporarily disconnect the screw mounting the handle lever to the rest of the system to be able to reattach the brake cable to the pivoting serrated brake part. I think I'll leave some pictures in a review>
