Question:	is there an android app roadmap that users can see to figure out what features are coming next
Answer:	Great question! Absolutely. 1. The next feature would be enhanced notes, which is really close to premium features, where each user will get 30 free enhanced /improved speech-to-text notes and will decide if they would like to sign up. Its quite big so hard to estimate, but perhaps early May it will be ready for the launch. Available for both Android phones and iPhones. 2. Then coming next although this is something we may end up doing in parallel is integration with Evernote. Currently, notes integrate with iCloud. The time estimate for this feature is to be June 2021, if best case scenario then sooner. Again, for Android and iPhones. 3. Step three would be integration with Apple notes. This is a popular request, and we already started estimating this feature, as this one is not a trivial one. 4. Next to come would be Google Keep, Emails and OneNote integrations. I can't say now the order of priority, but I think we could do it in parallelel.
Question:	will senstone open source their android app and their api's so the community can build more functionality into the app
Answer:	We have considered that but for now decided to keep it in house to be sure to guarantee the controlled development process and a quality product.
Question:	what happens if a recording gets stuck in "speech processing", but you still have transcription credits (other new notes still transcribe
Answer:	Try few things: Kill the app and open it again, or log out and log back in. In any case we recommend to charge Senstone overnight (like your smartphone) so track don't get interrupted during the audio transfer. Best.

Answer:	Hello Ron, thanks for the question. We currently do not have a video instruction/guide for the Android app, and we might get it out with one of our next software updates. The workflow is pretty straightforward: you download the app from the Google Play and connect it to the device through the app. Once its connected you can take notes with Senstone and notes are automatically synced to your account created at the set up. Notes are listed on the main screen. You can also change the style of the app and the dictation language, check the status and the battery level of the device. Answer:	I wear 20-30mm compression socks and the device worked great at first, but broke after a short time of use. The plastic cracked along the entire length.
Question:	I understand how it works for putting on a sock, but what happens when you you need to take the sock off? Any advice
Answer:	Good question...what I do is just run my foot, flat on the floor, backwards. Press down with the heel of your foot. Best way to describe it is, if you were trying to propel a scooter with your foot, you would keep pressing your foot to the floor, in a front to back motion. Concentrate keeping your heel to the floor so the sock will gradually loosen from your ankle, then from your heel, then from your toes, until completely off. I hope this isn't too confusing. Once you do it a couple of times, it'll become automatic. Hope this helps. Please give this "gadget" a try...I promise, you won't be sorry. P.S. The rope is tied with knots on either side, after you put the sock on the gadget, DO NOT cover the knots. I tried this and it kept the sock from being able to be pulled up.

Question:	Is there a way to calibrate the heart beat? it is really inaccurate as measured by my charge 2, polar, kardia , anybody
Answer:	There is a whole thread on the Fitbit Community board with multiple users saying how inaccurate the Sense is when measured by accurate heart monitors like the Polar chest strap and that the Sense is only accurate when you are inactive. So if you are just sedentary you are ok. But I've found that it is not as accurate as even the Charge 2. So idk if it can be synced- I don't think so.
Question:	Does it regiater 02 sats
Answer:	Yes... It measures SP02, but only at night while sleeping. That is when its important; when the heart is at rest. The Sense does measure the resting heart level. During the day, there is a relationship between breath rate and heart rate. The body calls for more 02 so the heart pumps faster for faster passage of blood through the lungs. You can see this relationship at HEART RATE. At the top there is a heavy white graph of the average resting rate. Swipe LEFT and you will get your cardio score. I have breathing issues sleeping and the Sense has helped me greatly.
Question:	If i buy this on amazon will the watch only come with alexa support or will it also have the google assistant support as well
Answer:	At the moment only Alexa is enabled on the watch. Next month there will be an update that enables Google, the ECG and probably SPO2 sensing without a specific watchface. Trust me - Fitbit is about to be owned by Google... Google Assistant will be at least offered on it regardless where you bought it. It's just they need to update the firmware to support it.

Answer:	21 inches overall, but with the angles because foldable it bit longer in reach.

Answer:	When you unfold it, it should click and lock in place. If yours is folding up when you use it, I have to wonder if you’re holding it upside down. That’s the only explanation I can think of for it folding up on you. If fact, it’s the ONLY way it could fold up. The rubber padded end that holds the paper has a flat side and a rounded side. The rounded side is the side that should be next to your body.

I ordered 2 more and 1 worked good the 2nd one I got to use on a cruise and the first time I used it it just crumbled at the joint the other 2 haven’t had any trouble. So I had a hard time finding something to use on the cruise. I’m 300 lbs and I have no trouble it reaching. Good luck
