Answer:	T. Howard answered you that these are chrome plated plastic not solid metal. T. Howard has another model than the 13CP 000 Soft Toilet Seat, or he is mistaken. I got this model and the hinges are undoubtedly solid metal, and they are chrome. I don't think that any chrome fixture is solid chrome, but rather chrome plated over a stronger metal, this is my belief. But, whether solid chrome, or chrome plate over a different metal, the hinges are most certainly solid metal. They ring when struck, and I do not know of a plastic on earth that will do that. Additionally they are appropriately heavy and I believe they would probably bend before they would break, though some inferior metals will shatter. I'm unwilling to hit them with a sledge-hammer to see if they will shatter. The entire visible hinge assembly is chrome. But herein lies the rub. I don't know if the seat should have come with a plastic fitting assembly and it was left out of the order I got, but without it (meaning plastic washers and adjusting tubular container for the bolt to pass through as it passes through the ceramic bowl, with a gripping plastic underside washer to go with either a metal bolt or I think preferably a large plastic adjustable gripping bolt) It seems unlikely that I would be expected to get this stuff independent of the seat, but maybe. Anyway without it the bare metal on the ceramic bowl is unworkable. I went ahead and mounted the seat with only whatever came with the seat. It stays tight for about 1 day then very rapidly begins increasingly shifting around on the bowl. I'm a bit germ-phobic and for that reason am extra unwilling to reach under and behind the toilet to awkwardly tighten the bolt again and again and again every day or two but I would not be willing to do that even if in a household with 2 men it magically remained sterile, it's just absurd, its falling-off loose all the time. I can NOT figure out how to contact this company Mayfair, to get a fix for this problem. So, yes all metal chrome hinges. And no, I'm not happy about it!

I used pieces of PVC pipe that I screwed to the seat until it did not slip side to side or front to back. The seat has built in connections so it can be attached to the toilet, but I preferred doing it with the "buffers". In general I was satisfied with this item. Answer:	If you have a elongated toilet, it works for a taller person , I am 5-10 and it was to high for me. If you have a round toilet , it should be fine . You can not close the lid when it is connected to the toilet .

Answer:	The original toilet seat has to stay in place, and you need to uncover it. The cover can stay in place but without using it for covering the toilet as it will not be possible. Very easy to put on and take off.

Answer:	My only experience is with a slightly elongated bowl. As long as the round bowl diameter is as large, or larger than the fore-aft dimension of the Drive it should work well. The two adjustable clamps on the Drive hold the device firmly on the bowl.

Question:	What are the inside dimensions
Answer:	I usually use milk to make milkshakes, such as avocado milkshake, dragon fruit milkshake, banana milkshake, etc. I have never tried without water or milk. Generally, liquid needs to be added.
Question:	How do you get a RMA
Answer:	Yes, we use it for frozen smoothies, and it can easily mix frozen blackberries and strawberries together, so blend hard fruits and vegetables shouldn't be a problem.
Question:	Since you have to totally remove it to clean it, which you'd want to do frequently, does it get loose after awhile
Answer:	I tried raw peanuts with shells in the past and it was still possible, but walnuts have not been tried. Peeled walnuts should be fine.
Question:	Does the riser have a hinge between the bowl and the riser to rotate up for cleaning
Answer:	Yes! Both travel cups are hard, sturdy plastic. Put it this way, they bounce when you drop them on the floor and do not crack or break. The lids are also very sturdy and all extremely easy to clean. I have had mine for about 2 weeks or so and very happy with it thus far.

Answer:	The laser itself is 12.4" long.

Answer:	The bubble is just like a regular level. Find the center level point and the laser will be true level

Answer:	I don't see why not as the plastic applicator part is firm and you should be able to put the shea body butter on it and then apply. I haven't tried it with that yet, but I think it should be able to to do the job.

Answer:	I ordered it for my 93yo grandmother. Her home was a spec build house in a subdivision, i.e contractor build. I didn't know the toilet make either but it fit just fine, and she seems very happy with it.

Answer:	Just lift the existing seat and just attach new seat!

Answer:	Actually, you just hear a slight sound of the motor, but it's mostly the water fall that you hear.
Question:	can you remove the existing seat and just attach this to the base of the toilet
Answer:	Yes, you can use soap. But please be sure to tighten battery compartment cover completely to avoid water getting into it.

Answer:	Hi, T-connector don't have a shut off valve. Because of most of the shut off valve is on the water valve and it is also easy to install the T-adapter to water line and seat

Answer:	Dear Customer, the bolt holes to edge of toilet is 18.5, there another 2" is require between the center holes and the front most curve of the tank.
