Answer:	It's ceramic, not teflon.

Answer:	I stack the Frying pans but not the sauce pans. With all non stick surfaces you have to be careful not to bang them together. But I love the pans , as long as you don't go above Medium flame it stays non-stick . But they have better heat, it distributes the heat better than other pans.
Question:	how long does the non stick last? Do you use high heat when boiling water
Answer:	Do not put these in the dishwasher, or use metal utensils and the non stick should last the lifetime of the pans, and yes you use high heat to boil water
Question:	Is the non-stick material teflon? that is, does the bottom of the pan come w/a sticker that say teflon

Answer:	They are smoothed bottomed on our set. They don't have any nobs or rivets. Just a flat bottom.

Answer:	Been using them for a few months now and they both look just like they did when we bought them. No staining as of yet.
