Rennai told me that I should have bought their thankless heater with re-circulation built in.

Answer:	No it is not the same. The 70-190 super felt seems to be thicker. I actually went to my local supply store and bought Roberts blackjack to supplement it. It's very thin stuff. Save your money.

Answer:	It helps tremendously. You will still get the typical hollowing sound from a floating floor buts its definitely muted. And in comparison to your standard grade padding? Its about a 70% improvement. Well worth the upgrade.

You do not want to have cold feet from the basement coming up, and you do not want to have the sounds of clicks of heels (especially high heels) echoing through the house. I see no problem in providing an extra layer of protection for the vinyl because by nature, vinyl is soft.The best thing to do is to see what your vinyl floor manufacturer recommends, because you do not want to void any warranty

I've had no issues with my Eco 24 running 3-40 amp breakers off a 200 amp service panel. If you have a heat pump you could be pushing the limit at certain times. Be safe, consult an electrician.

A shower flow rate can range from 1.5 to 2.5 GPM. A bathroom sink: 0.75 GPM. Answer:	You have to be in the same wifi network to set it up, HOWEVER only for that step. For doing anything else (turning off/on, timers, etc) you can do it via your device's internet after opening the Android/iOS application. I'm not sure about doing it from the internet (as in, logging in to a website from a computer to allow access to the controls).

Answer:	The WEMO app is free for now. Setting rules on it is thus free to do. The IFTTT server at the IFTTT web site is free to use for now. I can see how they could start charging for that service in the future.
