Answer:	I use progesterone cream every single night. Without fail. It helps. It is necessary for your body. I take premarin every day too. Since I was 25. I am now 70. Must have estrogen to remain a woman. But we need the 2 others main hormones to make it work like normal. I.take testosterone in a compounded cream. That too has made me a stronger,literally. And helps in trying to lose weight,maintain muscle mass...it balances everything out,for me,and I need it all. I am alive,active and want to feel as normal and younger for as long as I can.
