Answer:	You must have a surface that you are pointing the device at. In other words it is not going to measure the air temp in the oven. Question:	When adjusting emissivity, can the arrow keys be held down for rapid adjustment, or is a keypress needed for every 0.1 increment
Answer:	This thermometer to measure the temperature of the skin surface can only be used for reference, its accuracy of +/- 2%, I don't recommend you use it to detect whether the fever. The laser must avoid the eyes when check the temperature.
