Answer:	Ask the company. I would not recommend it unless the tent is very well ventilated and there is sufficient height above the top of the heater.

Answer:	I would not try it. A 20 lb tank is pretty snug and the access door is sized just for that size. A 30 lb tank might be able to be squeezed in but it is not clear how you would attached the hose and use the control valve. Others may have a more creative solution.

Answer:	I would be EXTREMELY wary of plugging a heater into a power strip. If you are running something at 1500W that line has to be good. The longer the cord, the more electrical resistance. The more resistance, the more heat (and risk of fire). The more cords that can be faulty, the higher the chance one is.Get a GOOD surge protector, and test and inspect it regularly. Make sure its one with lights that indicate if it is protecting properly. Also it's best to get a new surge protector every 5 years or so because they will inevitably absorb some small surges that wear them out over time.When it comes to devices that can burn your house down you should take electrical safety very, very seriously.
Question:	Owners manual (Pg 3) states only to use WIN100 with 3-prong (grounded) appliance cords!!! Most space heater cords only have 2 prongs. Experiences
Answer:	The only bad thing you can do as far as 2 or 3 pronged plugs go, is to remove the third grounding prong on a plug in order to make it work in an ungrounded (2-prong) receptacle or extension cord. Otherwise plugging a 2-pronged device into a 3-pronged outlet is perfectly safe. The 3rd prong is usually connected to the metal chassis of an appliance so that if something inside gets knocked around or wet and ends up energizing the metal chassis - it will cause the circuit to short and hopefully trip the circuit breaker, instead of creating a shock hazard by energizing the other metal parts on the device. Question:	can this be used for outside dog house heat lamp in the winter? I would want it to come on when the temp drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit
Answer:	That is exactly what I use it for. It's been in the dog house for 2 years now. The chew proof comments are not really valid. You wouldn't want the dog getting the chance to make contact with the heater right? So to solve the situation, youd get some welded fence wire and put a box around the heating element. I put the controller in the same large welded wire box. Dogs can't get to any of it which is the most responsible way to keep it from being broken, chewed, or catching a fire (I keep hay in the box too).

Question:	Does this lamp produce far infrared or near infrared light
Answer:	Both. Manufacturer specs list wavelengths between 500-2500nm. Rest assured, this is nothing like a 660nm or 850nm near infrared bulb. This device produces very hot heat that can burn your skin if the device is too close for the 15 minute duration.
Question:	Can we see the red light when the unit is switched on? My new unit does not do this
Answer:	My unit didn't emit any light either. There was no visible light red, orange, or white. I think pressed every button there. My conclusion is you sold me a broken unit. I want my $80 back, how do I get my refund? Amazone said to contact the seller.

Question:	Can this thermometer get the temperature in a dryer
Answer:	I doubt it. The wavelength of the sensor is 8-14 microns and plexiglass has very low transmittance beyond about 3 microns (according to this spec sheet http://www.plexiglas.com/export/sites/plexiglas/.content/medias/downloads/sheet-docs/plexiglas-general-information-and-physical-properties.pdf). Whether or not the material your dryer door is made of is the same is another matter. If the transmittance is close to zero then you will essentially be measuring the temperature of the outside of the door.
Question:	Does this work on internal meat temperatures
Answer:	If you cut the meat in half you might be able to take the surface temperature of the meat, but then your meat is going to be cut in half and that's not real appetizing. Blue cheese is very appealing, maybe some bacon.
Question:	Will this take the temperature of a child's fever also
Answer:	If your child can open their mouth and hold it open for a few seconds, then YES! It is an extremely accurate way to measure temperature! Just point the dot at the back of the throat, and it gives you an immediate and accurate reading. I'm at a loss why people only considered pointing it at their foreheads or other external body parts.
Question:	What is the range (distance from gun to target) or recommended for this gun? How accurate is it at 6-8 feet range
Answer:	The 12:1 ratio means at 12" the gun is accurate for a one inch spot. So at 6'-8' it will be accurate for a 6"-8" inch spot. So the farther you get away from the spot being measured, the less accurate it will be. Like Cheryl said, think of it like a cone.
