Answer:	The camera does NOT plug into your phone. The USB port is ONLY for charging/recharging the battery. The image from the camera transmits to your phone WIRELESSLY over WiFi. The camera has it’s own WiFi address and “transmitter” so once your camera batter is charged turn on the camera, go to Settings/WiFi on your iPhone and you should see an available WiFi connection for the camera. Select the WiFi connection for the camera to connect your phone to the camera and you should be in business. No adapter needed because you do not physically connect the camera to the phone.

Question:	Where can I get a free app? How should I use it
Answer:	Hello. You can go to the Apple Store or Google Play to search for the two apps "HD WIFI or WIFI View", both of which are free. Turn on the power switch of the WiFi box of the endoscope, the red light turns on first, and then the blue light turns on. You can open the settings of your phone, go to the WiFi (jetion_*****) of the endoscope WiFi box, enter the initial password(12345678), and the connection will be successful (please open network access to the phone or APP), otherwise the connection will fail. After opening the APP, it can be used directly, except that the resolution may need to be changed, and there is no need to reset the SSID or password, and it can be used immediately. Question:	I connected the device with wifi, but there is just a black screen, anyone can help me
Answer:	Have you successfully connected to the WiFi of the endoscope box? I had a black screen before, and resetting the device was useless. Later, I sent an email to the seller, who gave me a lot of help and suggestions. Then guess what I found? I looked under Settings and then under HD WiFi and discovered that the "Local Network" did not have access. Once I allowed access, I was able to obtain an image. omg, make me crazy lol….
Question:	Why i can not connect the device to wifi
Answer:	I think there maybe these reasons. First, the equipment of the endoscope is broken (red light indicates battery power, green light indicates WIFI) or your phone is broken. Second, the distance between the device and your mobile phone is too far, resulting in an unstable signal (it is best to keep it within 10 meters). Third, there is a strong interference signal source nearby, which will also affect the connection, such as infinite jammers. Fourth, your mobile phone has set the requirements of WiFi connection, or blocked the wireless connection, just turn them on. Finally, if you reset the device, you cannot connect without entering the correct WiFi password. If you don't know how to connect, you can check the manual or contact the seller directly, they will help you solve the problem, of course I do this too, lol.
Question:	Is this endoscope waterproof? Can I use it to detect my sewer pipes
Answer:	I would say yes. The lens and snake cable of the inspection endoscope are waterproof. The product description says that they have the IP67 waterproof, which means that the lens will not enter the water after working continuously in 1m of water for about 30 min. I bought this borescope to inspect the sewer pipes. It worked very well and it really helped me. Cable length about 50ft, which allows me to detect faults in the pipeline very easily. This endoscope is indeed a good tool for inspection before repairs. Decent product.

Answer:	Yes, it uses a single AAA battery, which is included.

Answer:	This meter is set up to tell you its time to recalibrate. In the bottom right corner there will be a pH symbol with a check mark beside it. about every 5-6 weeks (I think) The check mark will disappear (this may vary with usage) that means its time to recalibrate. You have to look for it but you get used to it. If you are late noticing this, it wont hurt as long as you don't wait for months on months without calibrating. This pen holds its calibration well. But it does best when you keep it in the storage solution that is made for it by Bluelab. I prefer this pen over all others of similar price. I have found it to be very dependable.
Question:	It says in the description “no network needed”. does this mean it can connect to phone with bluetooth or that the wifi router doesn’t need internet
