Fish deaths are typically due to improperly performing water changes, such as not topping the tank with water at the appropriate temperature or performing too large of a water change which can shock the fish. Answer:	No it won't clear the cloudiness. Just wait about a week for the sand dust to settle to the bottom.

Answer:	Mine didn’t come with a seal. If I buy in stores it does but this didn’t so it sketched me out and I decided not to use it to be on the safe side.

Answer:	Not directly... Safe Start introduces Nitrifying bacteria into your tank environment... Turn off uv sterilization when adding. The bacteria convert ammonia to nitrite and other bacteria convert nitrite to nitrate. All are toxic to fish to some degree... Ammonia being the worst and becomes deadly at about 8 parts per million (it burns the gill membranes)... nitrite at about 40-80 ppm and nitrate at about 160ppm... Water changes remove the nitrate... Seachem Prime is excellent for detoxifying all three and for removing heavy metals from your tap water in addition to dechlorinating... But SeaChem Prime does not remove it either... It binds the toxic molecules thereby making the water "safe" for fish and giving the bacteria colonies a longer amount of time to break down the toxins....Overcrowding your tanks is the major source of excess ammonia...
