Question:	What is the accuracy of this unit
Answer:	I personally have not verified the accuracy of this product. I use the meter as a qualitative result as opposed to quantitative result. I can verify that the meter I received was functional. I tested against a fake led uvc bulb (all of these style bulbs are fake) there was no result. I ordered a different uvc bulb (fluorescent) from a more reputable source and the meter yielded expected results. I hope this helps.

Answer:	Actually the temp does have a bearing on the comfort indicator as amorina states. It will need to be a minimum of 20 degrees and between 50 and 70% humidity to indicate as comfortable. I agree with you that this is a little high and perhaps 18 would be ok. Other sources state that 40% humidity is ideal so who knows!I think just go with what feels right. In answer to your question though unfortunately the comfort range can not be reset or altered.

Answer:	In China. I bought 3 of them, but don't find them useful. The setting for humid, dry, comfort is inaccurate for a relativity level reading in a home environment. At least in the Midwest region. They say 49% is dry when in fact it's too much for a home to carry, at least in the winter colder temps.

Answer:	This is probably too late to be of use to the original poster, but maybe it will help someone. I purchased mine in March of '17 and the unit just died on me this past weekend, I was still using the original battery. I changed the battery and the thermometer was still dead, but that's less than $10 for nearly 2 years of service on a single battery.

The large (main) display is the humidity and the temperature is displayed (small digits) in the upper right-hand corner. Answer:	I don't see why not. The hole through the Hall Effect Sensor is 3/4-inch diameter. My wire chart shows a 1/0 THHN or THWN is 0.491 inches O.D. This seems pretty heavy for DC current, but it ought to work as long as your supply voltage is within the required 5-100 Volts DC.

Answer:	This is for measuring DC voltage and amperage. Not for 110 volts AC current.

Answer:	You do not need a switch to power the ammeter but you would need to disconnect the battery to avoid draining the battery when not in use. My choice was to add a small toggle switch so I wouldn't need to remove the 9 V battery each time I used the circuit. For me, it is just more convenient to flip the switch or push a push-button switch when needed.

Answer:	I don't know the temperature of a diesel engine. Here is the Operating temperature: -4°F - 140°F (-20°C - 60°C) . So the environment temperature should not be over 140°F.

Answer:	Not sure about the 400a version, but the 100a version has two sensor wires. One short one about 6-8" long, and a longer one about 5-6 ft long. I've purchased wire and extended the sensor wire to 20 ft. and it still works well and accurately.
