Question:	Will this work as a gasket seal against water
Answer:	I’m considering gluing it as well... I think the best cement to use would be a 3M car trim adhesive. It comes in a spray or tube, and you coat both sides like a contact cement. Question:	Can I glue this to the bottom of iron wrought rocker runners? If so, what kind of glue do I need
Answer:	I would not recommend this product for outside use, especially where it is exposed to direct sunlight. I used mine inside and it became brittle and broke after first use.

Answer:	As this is a rubber type material. I don’t know of any off the shelf adhesive that will bond to this. If possible use a mechanical fastener

Answer:	no A radiator is made from a different compound then just normal plastic you can't fix a "plastic" radiator.
