Answer:	Yes. It comes with a hard plastic belt holder that secures the scissors securely. And the holder fits tightly to the belt so it does not slip off.

Answer:	No- I checked and TSA said the seat belt cutter counted as a blade.

Answer:	No it won’t. I have one. It doesn’t fit in my 5.11 or propper EMS pant side shear pockets
Question:	What is the difference between the "molle sheath" vs the "utility sheath?" Leatherman's website calls it a holster and says it is "Molle compatible
Answer:	I'm not sure. I called Leatherman directly and asked that very question. The response I got was that there is only one polycarbonate clip holster that has 2 hooks in the back that can be attach to a molle system. I would prefer that it be a true molle pouch with a cover because despite Leatherman's claim about how strong the clip on the scissor is, when you're out in the field, bending over, laying down to intubate a patient, lean against something, the open carry scissor will slide off the plastic clip holster. We give about 15-20 of these Leatherman Raptors to our graduating fire/paramedic class every year and many have come to tell us that they've lost theirs because that metal clip on the scissor isn't as reliable as you think.

Answer:	I keep a pair beside my desk (mostly use them on clampack and zip ties), and tested it on some Koch-brand 550 cord I had from a local farm supply store. The X-Shears slightly frayed the material, but unlike the Kai quilter's scissors and antique Wiss scissors stored beside them, they had no trouble cutting it.
