Answer:	We use a king sized beautyrest platinum series (inner coil spring pillow top 14 inch thick mattress) and it has more then enough bend to accommodate the adjustable base we have. It all depends on the mattress, when you pick it up off the bed does it wanna fold in on itself? Can your mattress curl over 90° when picked up on its side? If so it should be fine for an adjustable base, granted memory foam mattresses are going to by far be the best options for an adjustable base.

• SHIPPING & ASSEMBLY: We offer 3 shipping options: "Free Economy" that is simply curbside delivery. "Standard Shipping", which includes having the item taken inside your home and allows up until a half hour of work. The third option is "Expedited Shipping" which delivers the inside your home and has it assembled for you too. Please make your selection at checkout. Most of the bed will be delivered assembled but the side rails and casters will need to be screwed.
• RETURNS & WARRANTY: We accept returns within 30 days from purchasing date and or within 15 days after receipt of the bed and, only non-used beds can be accepted under one-way return freight charge will be paid by the buyer. Returned bed needs to be packed by the original packing materials. The DARGASH Hospital bed comes with a 5-year warranty for the electric motor, and 10-year warranty for the frame of the bed
