However in this case, I think that the decision depends on individual preference. Naturally, the longer you leave the bag in the water, the stronger the tea becomes. I usually drink mine when it it cools enough to not burn my tongue! 🤭 That’s usually about 3-5 minutes, and I keep it covered until I drink it. Sometimes, I get distracted and let it sit too long and end up reheating it. Either way, I don’t see any difference.

Answer:	First of all you need to purchase a stethescope to use in conjunction with cuff! Install cuff on left arm. Place cuff with velcro side out! Slide cuff end through metal sling and pull snug and stick excess cuff on velcro so it sticks! Place stethescope in ear e With ear piece facing forward! Pump up cuff to 180 and crack valve on ball. As soon as you hear heart beat that will be your systolic number( upper number)! Continue releasing pressure while watching guage and then as soon as you hear heart beat stop that will be your lower number! (Dystolic)
