| Answer: | You can do it: once it's as empty as you can get it with the conventional pouring angle, SLOWLY rotate the can without removing the funnel from your car's gas tank. It will reposition the can and the rest of the gas will flow out. You just slowly rotate it 180 degrees (in a circular motion looking from the sky down...like clockwise). I don't know if that is how it's designed but it works. |

| Answer: | In my opinion, that is what it is for. Although, it does say to empty every night (you could use a regular trash can if you emptied every night). I let my solvent soaked rags dry out in there and the I take to hazardous waste disposal when I empty it. I will sometimes spritz the contents with water if there is more solvent than usual. |

| Answer: | Maybe. The faucet/valve threads out of the drum. I suppose if the drum is less than 70% full then you could set it down horizontally with the fill port and the dispensing faucet both up. Then the valve could be threaded out and replaced without spilling the fluid inside the drum. The fill cap doesn't seal well, so it would be important to avoid sloshing while moving the drum around. |

The yellow funnel is not threaded You really need to have the handle all the way retracted as far as it will go to put the yellow funnel on and off. The return spring on the lid is very heavy duty so you need to really pull on that handle to get it all the way back. |

| Answer: | The fill opening is right above where the spout connects to the can. The cap to the fill opening is spring loaded and very stiff to open. There is a steel mesh filter just inside the opening to catch any foreign debris. |

Dispense flammable liquids and solvents safely, without waste or exposure. Made of chemically resistant Ryton and brass, the pump base is designed to leave less liquid in the bottom before having to refill. Pushing down on the pump assembly fills the upper pan with liquid. Surplus liquid drains safely back into reservoir. The perforated upper pan serves as a flame arrester. Top rim has molded edge protector for smooth, trouble-free moistening.
