Answer:	aluminum and plastic, mine works well but I;m a bit disappointing in that the wheels are next to the deck bottom so consequently you cannot put anything wider than the deck bottom or the wheels will interfere

Installation Note: How to install the frame and the wheel axle

① Prepare the wheel axle, as well as the frame of the climb cart.



② Assemble wheel axle to the frame, and put away the four screws each side.



③ Use two monkey spanners. Firstly clamp the bottom screw with one monkey spanner



​④ Use another monkey spanner to install the screw nut on the above clockwise.

Installstion Note: How to install the large wheels

⑤ During installation, please follow the order that install these two screws ahead like this picture.



⑥ Then install the other two screws.



⑦ Before install the wheels, first put one piece of screw nut collar in the axle. And the next is wheels, then another screw nut collar.



⑧ Use monkey spanner to install the larger screw clockwise. REMEMBER not to install too tight! Or the wheels will be unable to roll.

How to extract the handle and put down the handle

After the installation above, here is how to raise the handle: Set your foot on the chassis and extract the pulling handle using both hands. (as the left picture shows)



Then when you want to put down the handle, here is how: stand besides the cart, stoop down and put your chest onto the handle of cart, and the most important of all, press the two SPRING BUTTONs using boths hands. While pressing down those spring buttons, press the handle using your chest at the same time.(as the right picture shows)

Answer:	It needs to be heated up a little to spread out, so lay it out in the sun and every 15-20 minutes go out and try to spread it out a little bit more. If that doesn’t work then take a hairdryer and heat it up just so that it gets limber enough that you can fold it out and turn it upside down and put some books on it to hold it flat until it takes the new form.

Answer:	That would seem to depend upon the height from step to step. I do not have un-backed stairs, thus I can give little more input than that. If I had that situation, I would get some cheap 1" material and make some short term improvised backing (depending on how many flights there are).

Question:	Will this work on stairs that have 8" spacing (between steps
Answer:	We loaded ours with two cases of water and tried to carry it up three 4 inch steps. It was like trying to drag an ornery donkey. I don't recommend it. Try a different manufacturer.
Question:	Would this work well for a massage table on the street and on stairs
Answer:	The stairclimber will work on an open staircase, but only if you are able to lift the weight on your own and able to lean back and away from the unit as you pull it up the stair. I was able to get a 50 pound night table up a wooden open 4 step staircase and then up a fully carpeted staircase, which was quite a feat as I am an older (female) Senior.
Question:	Does it work with open staircase
Answer:	Absolutely not!
Question:	Could I move a washer or dryer up the stairs with this
Answer:	Heavy smaller items would be fine, but even though you can strap an item to it, I would not recommend this item for large furniture because the handles are too short. A true appliance/furniture dolly would work better in my opinion.
