Second is the side snap-on's for rigidity. On the regular cart, they snap on, on the Pro, it slides into place instead. I used to have to use wire ties to keep the snap-on's in place after lifting the lid on and off at each class. Once, one fell off and got run over, I was just thankful that I still had the support snap-on's from my old cart to use. Third is how the lid fits. Much tighter. Snaps down better. Answer:	We loaded ours with two cases of water and tried to carry it up three 4 inch steps. It was like trying to drag an ornery donkey. I don't recommend it. Try a different manufacturer.

Answer:	The stairclimber will work on an open staircase, but only if you are able to lift the weight on your own and able to lean back and away from the unit as you pull it up the stair. I was able to get a 50 pound night table up a wooden open 4 step staircase and then up a fully carpeted staircase, which was quite a feat as I am an older (female) Senior.

Answer:	I am not sure about the Horizon but I purchased this treadmill in April and have had multiple issues. #1 I received it with a non working incline motor. I contacted their terrible customer service about this and they said because I got the warranty they would send out a repairman to replace it. It took 2 months and a few times of me contacting them through chat, email and phone and I finally randomly received a replacement motor in the mail. However, I ended up having to figure out how to replace the motor myself (which was super hard to do) because they didn't send out a repairman. Issue #2 One of the metal pieces that is connected to the lower platform that makes the treadmill incline busted off. I contacted the chat and the agent ended up putting in a request for a replacement treadmill for me. Well that was over a month ago and have still heard nothing back. I've called and emailed them multiple times and was not able to get ahold of them since. I tried the chat and the agent said it's taking longer because of Corona. Really? Over a month and not even an email updating me of the situation? I actually just tried calling today and was on hold for over 40 minutes and ended up just hanging up. I've had this treadmill since April and it's been one headache after the next. I even paid for the premium extended full from head to tippy toe warranty and they are treating me like garbage. Overall, this treadmill can be good but it is cheaply made and the customer service massively SUCKS, BAD. I might try the Horizon treadmill if I were you. Just my opinion though. Oh, and avoid the iFit. Not worth the price. You do get a free year of it though.
