Answer:	Mineral Sprits for the Flow testing and a non-flammable cleaner such as Simple Green for the Ultrasonic cleaning.

Answer:	It is 40 to 1. So 1 gallon cleaner to 40 gallons water.
Question:	what heat using in ultrasonic cleaner ? And what if i dont dilute as much( like 1 gallon to 4 of distlle water
Answer:	I have used it from room temperature to 180 degrees F - it will remove oily dirt faster and more thoroughly heated and will remove old fuel residue only when heated (I use it to clean carburetors and other aluminum engine parts). I have only used it mixed at the recommended 10% solution to water ratio and I only use distilled water. For simplicity, add 12 ounces of solution to 1 gallon for a 10% solution (this ratio is not chemically accurate, but is adequate for non critical mixtures)
Question:	Does it discolor aluminum? I see both yes and no answers
Answer:	I suppose it depends on the alloy and the water. I use distilled water to mix a 10% solution. I have cleaned carburetors (both aluminum and cast iron) and aluminum engine parts with steel in the castings. I have not noticed any discoloration from the solution, but I have seen discoloration of the aluminum parts exposed by cleaning. Some low quality aluminum has a high copper content and the copper may appear as a reddish stain when the alloy is cleaned, but I have not noticed actual discoloring of any of the aluminum that I have cleaned using this product.

Operation points:

Ultrasonic cleaning:

1.The cleanser added into the ultrasonic cleaner just soaked the injectors’ needle is suitable.

2.Before the ultrasonic cleanser is added into ultrasonic cleaner, do not turn on the ultrasonic cleaner. Otherwise, damage may be incurred.

3.Strictly prohibit to put the pulse signal cable or its connecter into the cleanser, otherwise damage will be incurred.

4.The continue work time of the ultrasonic cleaner don’t be more than 30min, otherwise it will shorten the life.

Answer:	Like nuts and bolts hardware? It depends on the metal for the most part, and the condition. Stainless cleans up nice but a basic steel still needs wire brushed/polished even after the ultrasonic cleaner. Just note that when the machine is on, the temperature rises. It does not shut off, even if it’s set on zero. I run Gunk carb cleaner in mine but it calls for distilled water I believe.

Based on the ultrasonic frequency of 40KHz, all ultrasonic cleaners can be used to clean stuffs with complex-shaped surface or blind holes. 40KHz Ultrasonic Frequency for Cleaning Blind Holes

Under the same ultrasonic intensity, 40KHz ultrasonic wave can create more cavitation quantity, and do much better in penetration, than ultrasonic wave close to 20KHz. So 40KHz ultrasonic wave does well in cleaning stuffs with complex-shaped surface or blind holes. Especially, 40KHz ultrasonic wave causes much lower noise than ultrasonic waves close to 20KHz.

Heat to Remove Oil and Wax

SUS304 Stainless Steel Tank and Drain Valve

SUS304 stainless steel does better in resistance to alkali solution and most organic and inorganic acid than SUS201 or other SUS200 stainless steel series. However, SUS304 stainless steel has no resistance to solution with chloridions, such as hydrochloric acid, and hydrofluoric acid.
