Answer:	Depends on what and how dirty the object you are cleaning is. I use CLR and water for most cleaning. On silver items where patina is desired I use a little Dove. Just water will work on dusty or sticky problems but I would use detergent. Commercial jewelry cleaner I find too harsh for most uses, it strips all patina off of silver and most gold objects.

iSonic Personal Model D3800A

A small personal model such as iSonic D3800A, CD-2800 uses wafer transducer. It's adequate for light duty applications such as home uses for jewelry, eyeglasses, watch cleaning. But it's inadequate for heavy duty applications such brass cartridge cleaning, carburetors, liposomal vitamin c making, etc.

P4820's Safety Certifiate

All our ultrasonic cleaners bear a safety certificate label underneath the tank. It identifies UL and CSA (for Canada) safety tests certificates. HF used to sell the same model as our P4820 but they switched to a low quality copy of P4820 in 2016 without any safety certificate. A proper safety certificate not only indicates safety qualification, it also represent certain quality qualifications. Customers should not use an electrical product without a proper safety certificate.

Answer:	Polymer should be fine (I've done it myself), but in using this device to clean my HK USP 45 using Lucas bore cleaner, it basically made the rubber O-ring disappear. The Polymer was fine, however. So I had to order a new rubber o-ring. No biggie. Bottom line: Polymer is fine. Rubber is a no-no. Remove your O-ring but don't worry about your polymer frame. Answer:	Small parts like trigger assemblies sure, any real ultrasonic will. If you do a lot of parts, I'd look at a much larger one. Either way, have oil ready to go, carbon steel will flash rust so fast after ultrasonic cleaning you won't believe it. If.....your only doing it in the garage, and it's dedicated only for "garage parts" like my outside one, 50/50 antifreeze works pretty darn good as a cleaner, and no flash rust!

Answer:	Hi. Yes, the rotation motor can be mounted on either side of the tank. This record cleaning machine, by the way, is one of the most judicious purchases I have ever made. Question:	Does it clean prescription eyeglasses
Answer:	5RPM. It works perfectly fine with this speed. You might have read somewhere that lower speed is required. Lower speed may work better if the ultrasonic cleaner is weak in cleaning power. Ours is very powerful so you don’t need lower speed which will slow down the process. This speed has been proven to be good by all of our customers as nobody has complained about the cleaning results.

Answer:	Tap or distilled water alone can be used if the records only have dry particle type of debris. If there are oily smudges, finger prints etc. then a good cleaning solution is needed. A 8-OZ bottle of cleaning solution concentrate is included in the package. Only 1-2 caps-full are typically needed. The base machine is the same as Kirmuss uses. The main difference is how the records are handled. Either 5 or 10 records can be cleaned at the same time, and it could be a random mix of 10“ and 12" records. 7" may be cleaned as well with a spindle adapter. Lable protectors are provided to protect the label areas against dripping water.

Answer:	Basically you just add soap and water and place your object in the tank. The ultrasound (high-frequency sound waves), cause the water/soap to bubble on the object for about 5 minutes. It worked on my eyeglasses Farley well. As long as whatever your cleaning is ok in the water your good to go.

Usage Method

Please do not exceed the highest water level (600ml) when adding water. First, please fill the tank with water, then place the items on the washing basket to make them completely immersed, finally switch it on, set the cleaning time, and start cleaning.

For daily cleaning, just use tap water and normal cleaning liquids, and for very dirty products, use warm water and special cleaning liquids and repeated cleaning to achieve better results.

How to clean the watch?

• Please set the watch in the watch holder.
• If the metal band is thick and can not be set in the watch holder, please remove the metal band from the watch and clean it.
• Please be careful not to immerse watch in the water unless it is water resistant to 30 meters or more.

How to test if your ultrasonic cleaner generate enough cavitation?

1. Take a clean aluminum foil

2. Fill up your ultrasonic cleaner with water

3. Turn on Ultrasonic Cleaner

4. Dip the foil inside the tank and keep for 3-5mins

If the ultrasonic cavitation effectively pierces the foil to make many tiny holes and see foil pieces floating on the water, it shows the ultrasonic cleaner is working fine.

• Be sure to fill water into the tank before power on.
• To clean the gun, use boric acid. To clean bullets, use citric acid.
• To clean gold and copper products, use oxalic acid, citric acid.
• To clean silver products, using silver washing liquid.
• The ultrasonic cleaner can not remove the oxide layer.
• If the electric coating of the glasses is broken, do not clean them.

Answer:	Yes but it's mostly useless since it does not sit low enough in the machine and you can't put the lid on with the basket in. I would honestly purchase a different model. The temperature control does not work at all. It just continues getting hotter no matter what setting. Typical Chinesium junk.
