Answer:	I hadn't noticed any or looked for it, so I'm looking at it right now and I don't see any bowing. I think it works great.It holds 12. I've also got the 6 hole white plastic one. I've had to glue it and it's not designed near as well for razors. I wish I would've purchased 2 of the wooden 12 hole one instead. I still might since I'm still buying razors 😄

Answer:	Because the device can be used in a situation where there could be cancer causing elements (burning things inside of test tubes), the manufacturer has chosen to label anything that could be interpreted as such, not because the device itself has an element known to cause cancer. For example, a completely safe hammer that has absolutely no cancer causing agents can be required by the state of California to have a Prop 65 label because you could be using the hammer in a situation where you could be breaking up items that have cancer causing elements to them.
