Answer:	It folds - so - if you are able to remove the elastic strap, you could cut. However, for $10.00 I would buy another one. Also, there are ones on the web that are different lengths.

Answer:	When open, the jaws are 4 inches in width (10 cm). These grabbers are exceptionally good at picking up the smallest item from the floor. I can enthusiastically recommend them.
Question:	Where are these made
Answer:	China, they are faulty. They last about two weeks then a design flaw makes them stop functioning. The design flaw is that there is a plastic piece inside where the cable runs that as you use the device wears a groove making the cord that operates the grabber stop being able to grab as the cord gets stuck in this groove. There is no way to fix it, it just stops being able to open and close making it worthless. Hope that helps.

Answer:	The Grabber Reacher Tool can definitely be used to pick up dry laundry off the floor. I've never used it to transfer wet laundry from the washer to dryer. Checking the weight capabilities in the Amazon item description should provide more information.

Answer:	I use it for everything. I would recommend laying the roll of paper on its side rather than standing it on end. You can grab the roll easily then.

Answer:	I've tried to grab 3lbs of water when I hold it in my hands, and when I pick it up, it's 32 long, I can finish it well.

Answer:	There is a mechanism in the middle for folding and fixing. Two buttons on both sides of the mechanism can help you fold the reacher. One is a switch button which allows you to freely fold to different angles, and the other is a lock button with a pattern of a lock on it which fixs the angle that you need. Besides, PAY ATTENTION to the little white dots on the mechanism, they can guide you to find the three angles accurately. Very cool design. I like it very much.

Answer:	I bought it twice, the first time I bought it for my own use, and the other one was given to my older brother who just had surgery. We all felt great. Speaking of other differences, I think there are at least these three 1. Material is so different. They use stainless steel and rubber instead of ordinary plastic, so the feel is very good. 2. Foldable function. There is a mechanism to adjust the angle in the middle of the picker. Answer:	I bought the reacher tool for my husband’s use. It folds for convenient storage. I don’t believe the length is adjustable.

Answer:	Tool is great for picking up items and setting them down. Bringing items close to you is tough because item is still 32 inches away on end of tool. It should handle the weight and shape of shower head easily. Hope this helps.
