Answer:	It has a small two prong key that locks the paper towel holder. I'm not sure how hard it would be to get into I assume that a screwdriver or like object could get it open. We have never had anyone try to open it. Good Luck

Question:	Does this come in any plastic packaging
Answer:	No mintiness at all. I've had the peppermint one before and that irritated my lips more than it helped them. This moisturizing formula seems to work well. It's more oily than a Chapstick where you get protection and healing from it's waxier content. This does tend to run off the lips easily and needs reapplied more often after sipping a beverage. I originally at first trying BB moisturizing thought it better than original or medicated Chapstick, but Ive changed my mind. The plus about this BB is that it adds shine to the lips and feels nourishing until it dries up or fades away from the lips. It's says it's 4 hour formula but I'd give it 30-40 minutes at best. The product is free of artificially enhanced "perfumes" or additions of ingredients which would have a minty, floral, citrus etc smell. Hence- fragrance free. However, coconut oil depending on its state (solid or liquid) does vary in its qualities of having an aroma or a "fragrance". Fractioned coconut oil (liquid state at room temperature) does not smell the same as coconut oil's nasty smell (at room temperature is in a solid state). This is a great FRANGRENCE FREE product of which myself and many clients have enjoyed.

Answer:	They're soft for folding towels. They're not soft compared to rolled towels. I would use them in the bathroom. They are absorbent and strong. My kids use them after they wash their hands and they don't complain.

Answer:	a charge cord attaches to the base unit and takes a few hours to fully charge. Once its charged I can use it for many tasks without a recharge. I have never actually timed it but I would say you can use it for about an hour or two before needing a recharge. I use it for maybe 5 to 10 minutes at a time and will use it for 5 to 7 times before needing a charge over a month or so.

Answer:	The dimensions are: 9.5 * 3.25 inches. I feel the need to add that these have been so disappointing. They are 1 thin ply and do not absorb liquid. They are ok for drying hands, though they are rough and one does not dry enough. They are NOT suited as a replacement for paper towels or to dry surfaces.

Answer:	I dont know but I travel all over the world fishing and am in intense sunlight. I like the green one with aloe vera. Always works and have used it for over ten years.

Answer:	I use the Ultra Conditioning burt's bees flavor because peppermint oil irritates my lips as well. Ultra Conditioning works well for me.
