Answer:	Yes... that's the way they work. Unless the inside connection is going to a plate on the wall.. then you won't need one on the inside. It's just a way to make it look neat.

Answer:	The seller claimed a 3/8" hole for the single, but I found that a 3/8" hole is too small. You need 1/2" hole. You can cut the bushing with a utility knife to make it fit a 3/8" hole, but this weakens it and it will come apart if you ever need to pull it out.

Answer:	12mm is just right for a snug fit. 1/2" (equal to 12.7mm) is OK but maybe just a tad loose and 7/16 is too small. If using 1/2" add a little caulking to the back to hold it in place and you will be OK.

Question:	I already have a hole one the wall that’s 1.75 inches. Would this work
Answer:	You would have to enlarge the hole to 2 3/8" because that is the hole saw size that is specified. The issue you have is that you cannot use the specified hole saw easily, though, because you have no centerpoint to drive the hole saw's drill point into so that the hole saw would be centered and be able to create the wall opening you need to have. What I would recommend is to make a 2 3/8 hole template on stiff paper or cardboard, center it over your existing 1 3/4" opening, trace the template onto your wall, and then cut out along the traced line with a Roto-Zip type tool, Dremel tool, drywall jab saw, or even a metal hack saw blade. Doing this will give you a hole through which the body of the twist-lock grommet body will pass. The hole you make doesn't have to be overly "clean" because the grommet flange will cover it. Hope this is clear and works for you.
Question:	I bought 2, watched the video, but I can't figure out how to make the clips flush to get them into the hole
Answer:	Each of the two clips (locking wings) has a flexible tab with a little bump on it, next to the outer side of the tube. Do one wing at a time. Press and hold the bump for a few seconds and then rotate the wing into the tube. The tabs are precision molded to keep the wings in activated position for the first several turns of the tube.

Answer:	Looks like the same depth of a standard gang box. They are already install so i cant measure.

Answer:	Same thing happened to me. I was able to re-adjust it and it worked. But I went over to Home Depot and they sell enclosure boxes for a couple dollars. My next step was to buy one and use the wing tabs off of that which were the same size.

Answer:	You would have to use sealant around the fitting. The cables would be another story - perhaps some foam sealant could fill the gap but it wasn't designed to be air tight.

Answer:	What the others said. This one has a easy connect power cable, while with the pro-6 you have to wire up the outlets yourself. I bought the pro-6 and am now in the process of returning it because the connectors on the bottom box (the input box) were not very good. It could not properly hold the wires when I tightened the screws. Get the Two-CK.

Step 1 - Cut It - Drop it

Use included wall template to locate two small openings, one behind the TV and one below.

Use a utility knife or drywall saw (not included).

Drop the pre-wired 6 feet cable with PowerConnector down inside the wall along with your AV cables, pull through the lower wall opening.

Step 2 - Click It - Secure it

Simply click the PowerConnector you pulled through the lower opening, to the shorter 1 feet pre-wired PowerConnector of the inlet.

Answer:	Hi Nicholas, A 2x4 is typically 1-1/2" thick, although in old (100+ years old) framing with rougher surfaces (not planed) it could be thicker; up to 2 inches. The spring locks will not snap into position on the sides of the hole if the material is more than 3/4" thick. However, the spring locks will provide a friction grip against the sides of the hole in thicker material even though they cannot retract. The only down side I can see is the cable pass through device might pull out of the hole if you are pulling several cables through the opening. In that case, you could push the device back into the hole after pulling your cables through. The springs are fairly strong, so it won't slide out easily even if the spring locks cannot retract. If your cables will remain fairly undisturbed after you pull them through, everything should be fine and the cable pass through will remain in the hole. Hope this helps.

Question:	I have to add a new cable and I can open it. I don't have enough room to slide it off and have tried many things to pry it open. Help
Answer:	If you start on one end and just bend the corner out on one side it will come off. You pull the corner up the slowly move your way down one side until you get to the other side. Don't pry it off. Getting it back on is the fun part. I just hooked one side and then poped the other side back on. I have only done this once and it didn't break so good luck.

Answer:	You really need a 2". There's very little extra facing and other reviewers have reported that the 2 1/8" is too big. You can pick up a really cheap 2" if you're just going into drywall and it will be fine.

Answer:	It is a code violation in all 50 states to run 'power cords' through walls. The reason for this is because they arent designed for this. Will a typical 3 prong cord fit through, yes it will. But it's not good electrical practice to do this.

Answer:	FYI: that's a fire hazard and not up to any building code anywhere. This type wall plate/grommet/bushing should only be used with low voltage applications. Power connections inside walls should be properly wired inside of an electrical box to protect your home from an electrical fire. There are DIY recessed kits with two wall plates/units (upper and lower) with power connections (wired inside of electrical boxes). Then there's a special extension cord for the bottom box/plate to reach your regular wall outlet.
