Answer:	When you say 1x2, if it is truly a full 2" wide, yes it is possible. But if it's only 1 1/2" wide, no it will not work.

Answer:	If you are confused, you are not alone. Purchasing the Kreg Jig is an interesting adventure unless you already own one and know what you need. Here is my best explanation. The basic K4 includes drill fixture, jig with clamp, drill bit, collar, and driver bit. They may include some examples of screws and plugs. The Master kit on the other hand is available in a plethora of configurations. But it basically includes the basic kit plus a vacuum attachment, (which you want) a vise grip style clamp for holding the alignment of the two pieces you are joining, a case with an assortment of screws for a variety of wood types and dimensions. Other master Kits include adjustable stops and tools that make life a little more convenient. In my opinion, you need the basic master kit as a starter to assure you get the vacuum attachment. How elaborate a kit you want is up to you. Because the screw kit is an assortment, you will get various screw sizes and types, most of which you will not need based on your projects. Hardwoods take different screws than soft woods. Thickness of wood requires different lengths. Because of this you may want to purchase your screws separately for your projects. Why have a case full of screw varieties when you work mostly with 3/4 inch soft wood for example. The Kreg Jig is an awesome tool and I would not be without it. I hope this helps.

Answer:	Only use one side of the terminals for + power. Connect the hot lead to the middle terminal. Run the ground wire separately from the bilge pump to an existing ground (battery - or frame). Circuit one in the up position for constant on. Circuit two in the down position for float switch built into the pump. Make sure the switch fits your opening before wiring. On my boat, the threaded stem was too short, so I had to grind out some fiberglass to get the stem to protrude far enough to use the tightening nut. If I had to do it over again, I would have found a different switch with a longer threaded stem.
