Answer:	I work HVAC/R and I would NOT recommend this particular pump for a condensate pump. Depending on the units capacity there are specified condensation pumps.
Question:	Will these comp fitting threads fit a pre-made ss 3/8" to 7/8" hose's 3/8" threads
Answer:	Not sure about the question about PSI, but the pump is very small and uses a small motor to rotate a cam that basically squeezes the tube to roll the fluid. Id be very surprised if it pumped pressure that high (60PSI)... but not sure if it would work; plus the volume is very low, so not sure what you are chlorinating... definitely too small for hot tub or pool maybe a fishtank.... but doubt that's your application based on 60psi... sorry could be more helpful.

Answer:	No. Silicone is not ideal for Hydrochloric acid. But it will work if you replace the silicone tubing with Vitron or Tygon tubing of the same size.

Answer:	I've been using mine to pump water and I haven't run into any issues with it yet. The internals of the pump is just an electric motor, so of course if you don't handle that nicely it might become damaged or worn just like any other electric motor might (over-current, over-heating, dropping it, getting the motor wet, etc.) The silicone tubing looks extremely standard, so even if you don't like it you could just pick up another same-diameter tube from anywhere else and it should fit right onto the ends of the pump just fine. In fact I sliced up the silicone tube that came with the pump to alter its length and it still works fine.

Question:	What's the diameter of the thread
Answer:	if the 3/8" of the pre-made unit is standard 3/8" then they should fit. I can't find a 3/8" to 7/8" hose adapter on Amazon, and are you looking for the adapter to have male threads?? At the very least you can return the angle stop valve to amazon if it doesn't work. Why not just use a 1/2" fip faucet? The water thruput volume of the 3/8" valve is going to greatly diminished.

Answer:	Yes. It is a ball valve, therefore it is not important which side is the pressure side. However, be advised that the 1/2 NPT thread is too shallow for a standard NPT pipe or fitting to seal properly. No amount of tape or sealant is sufficient for a standard fitting to seal. If the length of a standard tapered pipe fitting is shortened by about 1/8-inch it would probably seal. This is so typical of the poor adherence to standards of products made in China.

If I understand you correct the stem where the handle go is NOT square,Is more of a torx style with more groove on the stem,But I must tell you Eastman valves now have two different stems on there valves..The solder type is metal. stem..The pipe thread is plastic material stem,I just change out a house im working on that has pipe thread valves with plastic stems I purchase the solder type took the valve apart and switch the plastic stems with metal stems,The thread is the same plastic or metal,Alway take the stem out before soldering one so the washer doesn't melt,Maybe that why Eastman has a metal stem on the solder type but I still take the stem out before soldering,I just don't like a plastic stem, to easy to break...Good luck
