Question:	How is this when baking cookies
Answer:	That's purely subjective, because everyone has their own preference for cookie texture. Personally, I never use silicone mats for cookies. I use parchment, and I only use that to keep my commercial-grade half sheets looking good. Until I got them 8-10 years ago, I baked cookies without anything on the pans. I like cookies with a nice crisp - not crunchy - exterior on all sides from the caramelized sugars and butter, and chewy goodness inside. I don't get that exterior with silicone mats at the lower temps used when baking cookies, 375 degrees max for my recipes. I don't like other people's cookies for that reason, to me a mouthful of meh. And that's just me. Most people seem to like soft cookies. Hope this helps?

Answer:	The classic rules of supply and demand apply to even mundane things like toilet bowl cleaners. There has been a fair amount of internet verbiage claiming this particular cleaner does a better job than others. To my great surprise, I agree. The same kind of people who buy sports tickets in the hope of re-selling them at a profit can do the same thing with Lysol Cleaner with LIme and Rust Remover. And, in many cases, to my dismay, they are successful. When I found some for sale at a local grocery store, I bought a four pack of them. As I was checking out, a speculator got in line behind me with an entire shopping cart filled with the store's remaining stock. Made me mad but there was nothing civilized I could do about it. Lysol has a spectrum of cleaners. So far they've not re-allocated their manufacturing capacity to make more of this stuff.

Answer:	I purchased 8, and going through the same thing. They are made the same size of the pan and should be a tiny bit smaller so it fits "in" the pan. I like the extenders so I wrap them with parchment paper. Hopefully the company that makes them will fix the issue so I can order more.

Answer:	No, this is just plain uncoated brushed aluminum. To prevent sticking, season it by rubbing in peanut oil and baking a few times. Then cook using butter or canola oil to help eggs slip around for a perfect omelette. (If your parrot doesn't like butter and eggs, then you need a new parrot.)

Answer:	no it measures 18x24. I got it for fit silk screens measuring 20x24 and had to alter it to fit my frames so it won't. Hope it helps
