Answer:	It is small and the handles are attached to the rack, not to the pan. The pan is made with folded metal and direct heat only on the bottom might warp the pan. For such a recipe, I would choose a pan specifically made for roasting and gravy preparation after, with sturdy handles attached to and well above the pan walls and construction intended to dissipate heat without warping the frame of the pan.
Question:	can we use this in gas oven
Answer:	My oven is electric, so I have not tried cooking with this pan in a gas oven. But years ago I had gas stoves for cooking, & I don't recall that there were any particular restrictions on the use of the oven. At least, I used gas & electric ovens in the same way & found no differences between them. You might check with someone in a department store homewares department or google the question.
Question:	How do you clean this wonderful pan & rack? After many uses it starts to build up that dark brown, baked on grease that a brillo pad didn't remove
Answer:	First of all, it is a coated, non-stick surface. NEVER use a metal pad to clean it.I soak it with DAWN and use the point of a wood skewer to clean the corners out.I use this pan at least once a week, and it still looks almost brand new. NOTE: If you have scratched the coating by using Brillo, it has lost its non-stick features. You may want to get a new one and clean it differently.I hope this helps.

Answer:	That happened to me one time. I wrote a review for a can opener, and it was published under an ironing board cover I bought at the same time. I couldn't fix it or remove it. Just a glitch I guess. Try going to the product and scroll all the way down to the end where it gives you product size, weight, etc. They have reviews down there, too. Maybe they're different. Answer:	Agree with previous answers. There is about 1 inch of space between the bottom of the rack and the pan. I roasted a 23 pound turkey in it for Thanksgiving and had no issues with the drippings touching the bottom of the bird. I think that is what you are asking?

Answer:	The pan itself is 16" long, yes. But with the overhanging handles it is actually 21" long. It is 13" wide and 3 1/2" high/deep. Hope this info helps you.

Answer:	I've had my pans for about 2 1/2 years. I frequently use these pans in 450 degree ovens and they do not warp. These are not for dishwasher though. Hand wash and immediately dry. I'm on to purchase 2 more 1/2 sheets and a second Big Sheet.

Use and Care for Natural Aluminum

• Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.

• Dishwasher use is not advised as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.

• Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.

• Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance

• Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken, pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.

Question:	How many inches deep? I see 5 but a comment said it was under 4 inches deep
Answer:	Yes and it works well, a little hard depending on how deep the bullet was seated and crimped. Used both hands to hold and hip to move the lever and the press for the really tough ones. Barely even notice scuff marks on the bullets
Question:	What are the Length and Width dimensions in bottom of pan
Answer:	Yeah you should be able to. I've pulled a bunch of .309 bullets with mine and most of them were cast bullets, which this thing really doesn't like, but it still worked pretty well. It will grip fmj better.
Question:	can it be used on stove top for making gravy
Answer:	If there is no crimp it should work well, the tighter the crimp, the harder you have to squeeze it. It's faster than a collet puller and has less mechanical advantage than a collet puller so with lite crimps should be better as far as possibly marking bullets. Both require some skill. With tight crimps you will probably have marks on your bullets. With that said I reuse and shoot all the pulled bullets marked or not, they shoot fine.
Question:	Is the rack removable and used upside down
Answer:	I have used this tool for a 9mm to a .45 cal without any problems. I would think it would work for a 10mm

Answer:	It will fit standard sized 1/2 sheet steam table pans, so it should fit yours.

Answer:	Not the cover by itself, but with the same size pan, it works great for baking in a full-size oven.
