Answer:	Yes an iPhone 7 will fit. The issue I had after two months of using the bag 5-7 days a week, with very light use, the strap began tearing down the seam about 4 inches and now 9 inches. Answer:	No. Probably just one main dish. I used these this weekend and it held one whole sandwich, two small sides in round cups, and a bag of chips nicely.
