Answer:	To germinate/sprout, soak for 8 hours. Then drain and let sit for about 12 hours. If you don’t see any sprout tips on the seeds after 12 hours, rinse and let sit for longer. Rinse before serving.

Answer:	The length from the widest part of our 30oz takeout box is 4.625 inches.

Answer:	I have microwaved things like beef chili soup or chicken tortilla soup and they came out fine. If I’m packing them for my lunch the next day I would put them in the fridge the day before so they’ll be somewhat solid and won’t spill in my bag. I haven’t yet tried packing soups like tomato soup or wonton soup but I would imagine it’s fine to microwave them

Answer:	I would say maybe not because the water has to be able to stay inside the little tub for recycling as it makes ice, now my floor isn't level either but I made a stand to lift it another foot and a half, so I had to level it so it sat correctly, but the unit works great....Dave

Answer:	Yes, they are great, strong and no spill at all.

Answer:	I don't know exactly how many ounces each section can hold but it is a very hefty portion of food. I put salad with a small container of dressing in the largest section, a very large helping of chicken salad and a generous portion of fruit in the other two sections. I also added a croissant in a bag on top and everything fit. My guests appetites were satiated. No one left hungry. I like these much better than the white take out boxes that are available everywhere. You really can't go wrong in choosing these.

Answer:	The boxes closed pretty tightly. I had two items with juices/sauces and would feel very comfortable putting the boxes in my car and transporting them.
