If you've done that, confirm you have sufficient water pressure to meet the unit's requirements. If you've done that, then it sounds like your water pump isn't working inside the machine or the 'full ice bin' lever is broken/set in the full position.

If you have a home use machine, you would need the smaller 1/2" size gumballs. We call those are Jr. Assorted Gumballs.
