Question:	What size drill bit should I use? I get that it says the hole size:0.351"-0.356", but I think 11/32 is too small (.34337) & 23/64 is too big
Answer:	I would recommend 25/64" unless you are going into a soft surface, you may want to go with 23/64".
Question:	will these rust
Answer:	what is the grade of stainless used? are these Chinese stainless or are the 304, 316, 303? stainless should not rust unless it is of a poor quality the stainless steel that is graded usually almost never rusts while stainless stuff ive been give in hardware packs rust as bad or worse then some full carbon steel fasteners.
Question:	Because they are stainless steel, will they collapse easily with a stationary nut and bolt instead of a installation tool
Answer:	More than likely you'll just strip the threads out of the nutcert if you try to collapse then by threading a bolt in and tightening it down excessively. You'll want to use the special tool designed for the application to collapse them. There are several to choose from here on Amazon. I have the Astro Pneumatic 1442 tool set (aprox $60 at the time of posting), and it works well. There are cheaper tools, but AP is a quality brand that is often used in commercial repair facilities, and should last the DIY guy a lifetime.
