PolyChlorinated Biphenyls are very difficult to encase or block as they easily penetrate nearly all organic "coatings" (such as paint) which is why PolyChlorinated Biphenyls are used.for solvents in the first place. The letters "P C B" have numerous meanings to chemists, chemical engineers, and electrical engineers. For example, you may be referring to "PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDs." |
