They can, at the present time, accept images up to 7 MB... the greater the image size the better chance you have to "hold the image" together. I usually send the 5-6.5MB images they come out beautifully. image density, contrast , and luminosity (noise reduction) have always been GREAT.

Answer:	The white things with nails is the mount. you put it against the wall and hammer it on the wall. Then the gold piece with the pointy ends (looks like a teeth) you place that on the back on the canvas and then that gold piece slides right over the white thingy. So make sure the white thingy is facing upward. Which will be the part that looks square facing up and the curved part of the white mount facing down and it slides right on there. :) hope this helps.

Question:	Can I order the 18X24 canvas print without the wooden frame
Answer:	We recommend that the image you upload to Amazon's customization tool is print ready. If you would like your image printed in black and white it will need to be black and white when uploaded. I recommend using an online photo editing website (Pixlr is a good option) to convert your color image to black and white if you need to. Thank you for your question!
