I ordered the crib and then separately I ordered the Dream On Me 3 mini portable mattress because it was a little bit thicker than the one that you can order with crib. We ordered it for our granddaughter when she was a tiny infant; she is 2 years old now. This crib and mattress has worked beautifully.
Question:	Can I just purchase the canvas?? Without the wood frame
Answer:	I can't give you maximum weight but my grandson just turned 17 months... he wears 2T and 3T outfits and weighs 30.2 lbs... I'm comfortable with him still sleeping in this port-a-crib.
